Prepare the faceplate - Trimmer Installation

Drill bit 0.076” or 1.93mm
for the trimmer hole
Mark target hole.
Make trimmer ush
even on the external
side of faceplate.
Drill target hole. Remove debris and
insert trimmer,
NOTE : Do the same process
for additional trimmers. Let the
glue cure rst then operate the
trimmer to ensure that it is not
frozen.
Use Loctite 416 and
glue around the trimmer (internal side).
Let it cure.

Drill bit 0.159” or 4.038 mm
for the Analog VC hole
Mark target hole.
Make sure that VC is not
protruding too much above
the highest point of the
external side of faceplate.
Drill target hole. Remove debris and insert
Analog VC
NOTE : Let the glue cure rst
then operate the VC to ensure
that it is not frozen.
Use Loctite 416 and glue
around the VC (internal
side). Let it cure.

damages to the components.

When testing / programming a
battery pill must be used:
The device is to be congured with either AUDIOMaster or MATCH Conguration
Software for trimmer option changes. The Conguration Software can be downloaded from the GTO website http://gto.gnresound.com
Connect the ex to the programming cable
by using the ex end marked with an arrow.
