Key Instructions

• Requires either Resolution RE920 or RE922 Alarm Communicator Cards, which

send wireless alarm signal.

• Engage Battery by removing pink isolator tab.

• Mode 1: Panel supervises Siren & Siren supervises Panel

• Alternate Mode 2: Panel supervises Siren & Siren DOES NOT supervise Panel

• Put Siren switches in RUN Mode:

 Battery “+” faces to right, away from tamper spring.
 Set switches

 Press ENROLL switch on Simon Communicator board.
 Put Panel in Enroll Mode.
 Press & Release Siren Tamper to enroll Siren in Panel.

 Set switches

 Put Panel in Enroll Mode.
 Press & Release Siren Tamper to enroll Siren in Panel.

Siren follows panel alarm pattern.

Siren sends supervisory signals to panel IF:

Siren has AC power.
AND (if siren is set to supervise panel…)
Siren has heard signal from panel in previous 60 minutes.

When battery cover is opened.

• Flashes on hearing

Battery “+”

• On if AC Present.

• Flashes short ON

when AC lost.

• Flashes evenly

ON/OFF in Enroll.
