Remke's family of Micro-Link (M12) Industrial Interconnects and cordsets includes :
z Offering all Micro-Link connectors in four different materials - PVC, PUR, TPE and
rubber - to protect against numerous environmen tal and temperature concerns.
z A Shielded Connector that features a 360° aluminum mylar foil shield to minimize
electrical interference that tends to disrupt the signal to the control device.
Micro-Link interconnects have been designed for low amperage AC or DC control systems
and are compatible with the pin configurations used by major U.S. and European sensor
manufacturers.
The Micro-Link family of connectors, cable assemblies and receptacles allow fast and easy
replacement of 12mm to 18mm sensors, switches and control components.
These connectors also :
z Provide NEMA 6P and IP 68 protection for enhanced moisture resistance
z Feature factory molded-to-the-cable construction for durability
z Mechanically keyed to eliminate mismating
z Available in 2-6 pole male and female plugs, straight or 90° configurations, single or
dual keyway design with optional LED's and cable with or without braiding.
Another important design feature of Remke's Micro-Link Connector are the 'Ribs' - which are
molded into the exterior housing to increase the grip-surface thus reducing the chance for
slip-off's or the need for disconnection tools. This design fe ature reduces maintenance and
replacement costs.
