Concept
The MIC-800, Media Interface Controller, is an electronic controller that can be used to link a variety of audio-visual equipments in classrooms, training rooms & conference rooms. By using the MIC-800, the selection of equipment will be just within a touch of a button.

Application
The MIC-800 has 3 D-Sub 15pin input ports for connection to 3 different sources, as well as a video and microphone input port. All these ports will provide the monitor, speaker and projector output ports with the desired audio and visual signals that is essential for any classroom or office setups.

PROGRAMMING FOR PROJECTOR
Initialization:
1) Press the MIC ON/OFF and PC button at the same time to enter programming mode. MIC ON/OFF and Projector ON/OFF indicator lights will turn on.
2) Enter password 2215, a long beep will sound indicate ready for programming mode. Key in projector assigned code as
listed below (Example: for Panasonic Projector 2215 , long beep , 3 4).
means programming is successful.Once done, 2 short beeps will sound that

* Press 3737 to enter programming mode. A long beep will sound ready for programming mode. Connect MIC-800
* Programming software (T Series software) can be download from Remaco Website to program the MIC. You will need
your projector protocol to program the MIC.
2. Projector RX/TX pin may connect wrongly, swap the RX/TX pin and it will work.
Remarks
* The 2 empty memories (7 1 and 7 2) are for programming projectors not found in the list.
RS-232 to computer RS-232 port (If RS-232 port is not available in computer, “ USB to RS-232 Converter ” can be used).
