Failure to follow these warnings could result in
serious injury or death.

-Be sure that BOOSTER SEAT is securely attached
to adult chair before seating a child.

-Always secure child in the restraint until child is
able to get in and out of the Booster Seat without
help (about 2 1⁄2 years old).

-Never leave child unattended. Always keep child
in view when in the BOOSTER SEAT.

-Check stability of the BOOSTER SEAT before and
after seating child.

-Discontinue use if the BOOSTER SEAT is broken.
Contact manufacturer immediately for
replacement parts or service.

-Do not use without the anchoring strap that is
used to secure the BOOSTER SEAT on to adult
chair.

-Keep the BOOSTER SEAT and adult chair surface
clean and try to prevent seat from slipping.

-Use only for a child capable of sitting upright
unassisted.

-“DO NOT USE THIS BOOSTER SEAT UNLESS ALL
4 CORNERS OF THE BOOSTER SEAT ARE
SECURELY POSITIONED ON THE SURFACE OF
THE ADULT SEAT.”

-Do not hang objects from the BOOSTER SEAT.

-Use only on adult seats that have a solid surface.

OPEN THE CHAIR FOLLOWING THE DIRECTION OF THE ARROWS.

AFTER UNFOLDING THE BOOSTER SEAT, IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE
THE ABOVE DIAGRAM(2).

PLACE THE REMOVABLE SEAT LINER OVER THE
BACK OF THE SEAT OF THE BOOSTER SEAT.
THEN SECURE THE FRONT OF THE LINER WITH
THE VELCO STRIP.

WRAP EACH END OF THE ANCHORING STRAP
UNDERNEATH THE SEAT BOTTOM OF THE
ADULT CHAIR AND FIRMLY CONNECT THE
MALE AND FEMALE ENDS OF THE BUCKLE,
THEN TIGHTEN BY PULLING THE LOOSE END
OF THE STRAP UNTIL THE BOOSTERSEAT IS
SECURELY ANCHORED TO THE ADULT CHAIR,
AS SHOWN IN DIAGRAM (4), NEXT, CONNECT
THE BACK STRAPS AROUND THE BACK SIDE
OF THE ADULT CHAIR BY CONNECTING THE
BUCKLES AS SHOWN IN DIAGRAM (5). ONCE
CONNECTED, TIGHTEN THE STRAPS TO
ENSURE THEY ARE SECURED.

*NOTE: AFTER TIGHTENING THE STRAP, MAKE
SURE THE BOOSTER SEAT IS CENTRED ON THE
ADULT CHAIR.

Fold the Booster Seat by pushing it towards the
direction of the arrows.

HARNESS INSTRUCTIONS

To Secure your child in the harness, push
buckle tongues (A) into buckle housing (B) and
adjust with waist strap adjuster so that the waist
strap is firmly secured around child.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Periodically check the My Chair for sign of damage,
wear or for missing components. Do not use if any
part is missing, worn or damaged. Always dry metal
parts to avoid the the formation of rust.

FABRIC CARE

HAND WASH ONLY WITH DAMP CLOTH AND SOAP,
AIR DRY
