Read the following precautions and instructions before you begin assembly or use. Keep this literature in a dry place for future reference.
Safety Precautions:
1. Make sure incoming pressure does not exceed maximum working pressure rating of the reel.
2. Use the proper eye protection when assembling and using the hose reel.
3. Assemble the hose reel on a clean workbench free of debris and moisture.
4. Use soap and water when checking for air leaks.
5. Do not expose fingers or hands directly to a pressurized air hose or it will result in bodily injury.
6. Keep children away from the work area.
Unpacking:
When you receive your new reel, it will be mostly assembled. Check to ensure that you have received the following parts:

Installation:
Note: You must purchase hardware and hose for mounting your new reel. Decide where you wish to mount reel before purchasing as the
hardware needed will vary provided different locations. Reelcraft can configure custom mounts for the Series CM reels or the customer
may choose to supply their own.
1. Match handle to the link lever and attach using handle assembly.
2. Apply teflon tape or pipe compound to swivel valve then thread the valve into the reel.
3. Apply teflon tape or thread sealant to reel’s built in supply hose fitting. Then attach this supply hose to the fluid source outlet.
4. Apply teflon tape or thread sealant to hose fitting threads. Attach to the reel swivel valve, then feed the rest of hose through the flange
opening.
5. To avoid damaging the swivel valve, make sure to use an appropriate wrench to stabilize the swivel and housing tightening the hose
fitting.
Quality Guarantee:
Should this reel fail to perform satisfactorily due to defect or poor workmanship within one year of purchase, return
it to your place of purchase and it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Incidental or consequential damages
are excluded from this warranty.

Medidas de seguridad:

Instalación:
Note: Usted debe comprar el hardware y la manguera para montar su nuevo carrete. Decídase donde usted desea montar el carrete antes
de comprar cuando el hardware necesario variará posiciones diferentes proporcionadas. Reelcraft puede configurar montajes personalizados para el CM Series carretes o el cliente puede optar por suministrar su propia cuenta.

Si este carrete deja de funcionar satisfactoriamente debido de desertar o habilidad pobre un año después de la compra, devolverlo a su lugar de la compra y será sustituido o reparado gratuitamente. Los daños secundarios o
consiguientes son excluidos de esta garantía.
