Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (35MC) from the EXTENSION RAILS (35MA) as

shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy.

Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (35MA) to the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C

å

and D). Use eight GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3.

NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the

å

enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL out to
fi nd the other hole that lines up with the hole in the ENDS and UPRIGHTS. Turn a
SCREW into this hole.

Push the black lever in and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.

1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the

NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must

part while locking the FASTENER.

screwdriver as tight as possible.

1. At an angle, push the long edge with holes in the BACKS (G) onto the CAM SCREWS in the LEGS (J).

2. Now, swing in the opposite long edge of the BACKS (G) so the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER in the TOP (E2) pushes into

Carefully stand your unit upright.

å

To insert a large drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS

å

on the unit and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is
all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier.

To insert the small drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer

å

behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. Repeat this step to insert the
KEYBOARD SHELF (N).

Insert a GROMMET (10P) and GROMMET CAP (1P) into the TOP (E2).

å

NOTE: The DRAWER FRONTS may need adjustments. To adjust the DRAWER FRONTS, loosen the SCREWS in the

å

SLIDES. Make adjustments and tighten the SCREWS.

NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans
cette étape.

Enfoncer quarante EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F)
dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), les MONTANTS (C et D), les
ARRIÈRES (G) et les ENTRETOISES (H).

ÉTAPE 3

Faire tourner quarante VIS D’EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans
les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), les MONTANTS (C et D) et
les PIEDS (I et J).

ÉTAPE 4

Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et le MONTANT DROIT (C)
aux deux PIEDS ARRIÈRE (J). Serrer six
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Fixer les deux PIEDS AVANT (I) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A)
et au MONTANT DROIT (C). Serrer six

deux PIEDS ARRIÈRE (J). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Fixer deux PIEDS AVANT (I) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B)
et au MONTANT GAUCHE (D). Serrer six
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Fixer un PIED (Y) à chaque PIED (I et J). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
GOUTTE DE SUIF 41 mm NOIRES (27S).

Séparer les COULISSES D’EXTENSION (35MC) des GLISSIÈRES
D’EXTENSION (35MA) comme l’indique le schéma du haut. Faire
attention car les pièces sont graissées.

Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D’EXTENSION (35MA) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A
et B) et aux MONTANTS (C et D). Utiliser huit VIS DORÉES TÊTE
PLATE 8 mm (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3.

REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D’EXTENSION, faire tourner
une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma agrandi. Ensuite,
enfi ler la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D’EXTENSION vers
l’extérieur pour trouver l’autre trou qui est aligné sur le trou dans
les EXTRÉMITÉS et les MONTANTS. Faire tourner une VIS dans
ce trou.

ÉTAPE 7

Fixer les ÉLÉMENTS DROITES (40CA) et les ÉLÉMENTS
GAUCHES (40CB) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et MONTANTS (C
et D). Utiliser huit VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (3S) à travers
les trous nº 1 et nº 3.

ÉTAPE 8

Fixer quatre CONSOLES DE GLISSIÈRE (18G) aux
MONTANTS (C et D). Utiliser huit VIS NOIRES TÊTE
LARGE 14 mm (1S).

Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D’ÉLÉMENT (DD et EE) aux CONSOLES
DE GLISSIÈRE (18G). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES TÊTE
PLATE 8 mm (3S).

REMARQUE : Les GLISSIÈRES D’ÉLÉMENT ont une inscription
“CABINET RIGHT” (droite) et une inscription “CABINET LEFT”
(gauche) pour faciliter leur identifi cation.

ÉTAPE 9

Fixer la MOULURE DE VOILE DE FOND (V) au VOILE DE FOND (F).
Utiliser trois VIS NOIRES TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF 28 mm (9S).

Fixer le VOILE DE FOND (F) au DESSUS (E2). Serrer deux
FIXA

TIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

Utilisation de la FIXATION TWIST-LOCK®

1. Insérer l'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION dans le trou de la
pièce attenante.

REMARQUE : L'extrémité fi letée de la FIXATION doit rester
complètement insérée dans le trou de la pièce attenante lorsque
l'on bloque la FIXATION.

2. Bien serrer la FIXATION à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips.

dans les gros trous dans les ARRIÈRES (G), retirer les FIXATIONS
des trous. Tirer sur les chants avant et arrière et faire sortir
lentement les FIXATIONS des trous.

Enfoncer les ARRIÈRES (G) sur les FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® dans
le DESSUS (E2). Maintenant, serrer les FIXATIONS

Fixer les ARRIÈRES (G) aux PIEDS ARRIÈRE (J). Serrer quatre
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Fixer les ENTRETOISES (H) aux MONTANTS (C et D). Serrer
quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Insérer l’extrémité fi letée des six FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® (7F)
dans le DESSUS (E2) comme l’indique le schéma agrandi.

FIXATIONS des trous. Tirer sur les chants avant et arrière et faire

Fixer quatre CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) aux ENTRETOISES (H).
Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).

REMARQUE : S’assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À
ÉQUERRE sont à fl eur des chants des ENTRETOISES.

Fixer deux MOULURES (W) aux CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G).
Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE LARGE 14 mm (1S).

ÉTAPE 16

Fixer l’ARRIÈRE DE TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (L) à la TABLETTE DE
CLAVIER (N). Utiliser deux VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 32 mm (7S).

Fixer les CÔTÉS DE TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (M) à l’ARRIÈRE DE
TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (L) et à la TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (N).

Fixer les CHARNIÈRES DE LA TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (12H) au

Fixer un DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (S) sur l’un des DEVANTS DE
CAISSON DU PETIT TIROIR (D242). Utiliser deux VIS NOIRES
TÊTE LARGE 22 mm (17S).

Répéter cette étape pour les autres tiroirs.

ÉTAPE 20

Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (40CC) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) aux
CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D270). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm
DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4.

Fixer une BOUTON (17K) au DEVANT DE PETIT TIROIR (S).
Utiliser une VIS NOIRE À MÉTAUX 28 mm (21S).

Répéter cette étape pour l’autre petit tiroir.

Fixer les COULISSES D’EXTENSION (35MC) aux CÔTÉS DE GRAND
TIROIR (D253). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (3S)
à travers les trous 1 et 3.

Répéter cette étape pour l’autre grand tiroir.

ÉTAPE 22

Fixer une BOUTON (17K) au DEVANT DE GRAND TIROIR (O).
Utiliser une VIS NOIRE À MÉTAUX 28 mm (21S).

Enfoncer une ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS (4B) sur chaque
CÔTÉ DE GRAND TIROIR (D253).

Répéter cette étape pour l’autre grand tiroir.

ÉTAPE 23

Relever, avec précaution, l’élément dans sa position verticale.
Pour insérer un grand tiroir dans l’élément, aligner les COULISSES

D’EXTENSION du tiroir sur les GLISSIÈRES D’EXTENSION de
l’élément et enfoncer le tiroir dans l’élément jusqu’à ce que le tiroir
soit complètement inséré. Le tiroir o rira une certaine résistance
jusqu’à ce qu’il soit complètement inséré dans l’élément, il glissera
ensuite sans di culté.

Pour insérer les petits tiroirs dans l’élément, abaisser le devant
du tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir derrière
les roulettes situées sur l’élément. Relever le devant du tiroir
et l’enfi ler dans l’élément. Répéter cette étape pour insérer la
TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (N).

Insérer le PASSE-CÂBLES (10P) et le COUVERCLE DE
PASSE-CÂBLES (1P) dans le DESSUS (E2).

REMARQUE : Il est peut-être nécessaire d’ajuster les DEVANTS DE
TIROIR. Pour ajuster les DEVANTS DE TIROIR, desserrer les VIS
des COULISSES. Ajuster et resserrer les VIS.

REMARQUE : Prière de lire attentivement les importantes

NEGROS DE CABEZA REDONDA de 41 mm (27S).

Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (35MC) de los RIELES
DE EXTENSIÓN (35MA) como se muestra en el diagrama
superior. Prepárese, las piezas son grasientas.

Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (35MA) a los EXTREMOS (A y B) y a
los PARALES (C y D). Utilice ocho TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA

NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO

dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Cómo utilizar el SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK®

1. Inserte el extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR en el agujero de
la parte adjunta.

NOTA: El extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR debe quedarse
completamente insertado en el agujero de la parte adjunta
cuando se enclava el SUJETADOR.

2. Apriete el SUJETADOR lo más apretado posible con un
destornillador Phillips (cruz).

Fije los PARALES (C y D) al PANEL SUPERIOR (E2). Apriete cuatro
SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Fije los PARALES (C y D) al VELO DE FONDO (F). Utilice seis
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 48 mm (2S).

PASO 11

Inserte el extremo con cabilla de dos SUJETADORES
TWIST-LOCK® (7F) dentro del PANEL SUPERIOR (E2) como se
muestra en el diagrama ampliado.

NOTA: Si ya ha empujado los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®
dentro de los agujeros grandes de los DORSOS (G), retire los
SUJETADORES de los agujeros. Tire de los bordes delantero y
posterior, lentamente moviendo los SUJETADORES fuera de
los agujeros.

PASO 23
