Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (40MC) from the EXTENSION RAILS (40MA) as

shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy.

Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (40MA) to the PEDESTAL ENDS (A and B). Use four

å

GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #4.

NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the

å

enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find
the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW into this hole.

NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the FILE DRAWER.

Push the black lever in and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.

HOW TO USE A TWIST-LOCK

1.

Push a TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER
into the large hole in the part.

1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the
hole of the adjoining part.

NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must
remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining
part while locking the FASTENER.

2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips
screwdriver as tight as possible.

Peel APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARDS (93P) and

To make adjustments to the FILE DRAWER, loosen SCREW #4 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the cam clockwise or

counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the cam. By adjusting the drawer this way, it will
help the DRAWER FRONT line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREWS when finished with adjustments.

This completes assembly. Clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

Loosen screw #4 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn
maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise
directions to make adjustments, and then tighten screw #4.

the higher your drawer front will be. The
lower the screw, the lower the drawer front.

Guide d'utilisation de la visserie

UTILISATION DE LA EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE ET DE LA
CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE

1. Enfoncer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE dans la partie. La
flèche dans l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE doit être dirigée vers
le trou dans le chant de la planche.

2. Insérer l'extrémité en métal de la CHEVILLE DE CAME dans la
CAME ESCAMOTABLE.

3.

Attention: Risque des dégâts ou blessures. Les EXCENTRIQUES
ESCAMOTABLES doivent être serrés à bloc. Les EXCENTRIQUES
ESCAMOTABLES que ne sont pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer
et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer à bloc : Commencer.
Flèche. Serrer. Maximum de 210 degrés. Minimum de 190 degrés.

UTILISATION DE LA EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE ET DE LA
VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE

1. Faire tourner la VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE jusqu'à ce que
l'épaulement repose sur la surface de la pièce.

2. Enfoncer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE dans la partie. La
flèche dans l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE doit être dirigée vers
le trou dans le chant de la planche.

3. Insérer la VIS D’EXCENTRIQUE dans l’EXCENTRIQUE
ESCAMOTABLE. Serrer l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 3

Serrer six VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) en un seul jeu de PIEDS (U et V)
Insérer quatre CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans les PIEDS (U et V).

ÉTAPE 4

Enfoncer légèrement deux CONNECTEURS DE MOULURE (16F)
dans les crans des PIEDS (U et V).

ÉTAPE 5

Fixer les PIEDS (U et V) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE RETOUR (E).
Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
PIEDS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ.

ÉTAPE 6

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans
cette étape.

Enfoncer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans le
VOILE DE FOND DE RETOUR (F). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité
en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque
EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 1

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans
cette étape.

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.

Enfoncer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les
bords longs de l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE RETOUR (E).

Enfoncer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans le
bord court de l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE RETOUR (E). Ensuite,
insérer l'extrémité en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F)
dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 2

Enfiler les MOULURES LATÉRALES DE RETOUR (K) sur
l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE RETOUR (E). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

REMARQUE : S’assurer de positionner les MOULURES
exactement comme il l’est indiqué.

REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les VIS dans la MOULURE.

ÉTAPE 7

Fixer le VOILE DE FOND DE RETOUR (F) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE
DE RETOUR (E). Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 8

Enfoncer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans le
DESSUS DE RETOUR (D).

ÉTAPE 9

REMARQUE : Faire appel à une autre personne pour cette étape.
Insérer une CHEVILLE EN BOIS (15F) dans le DESSUS

DE RETOUR (D).
Avec précaution, fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE RETOUR (E) et le

VOILE DE FOND DE RETOUR (F) au DESSUS DE RETOUR (D).
Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer la CHEVILLE EN BOIS
située sur le DESSUS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ.

ÉTAPE 10

Faire tourner trois VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans la MOULURE
AVANT DE RETOUR (O).

REMARQUE : À l'aide de la paume de votre main, il faut peut-être
taper doucement sur le coin de la MOULURE (O) de sorte que le
CONNECTEUR DE MOULURE situé sur le PIED (U) s'insère dans
la MOULURE (O).

Fixer la MOULURE AVANT DE RETOUR (O) au DESSUS DE
RETOUR (D). Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 11

Fixer les PLAQUES DE CONNECTEUR (14G) au DESSUS DE
RETOUR (D) exactement comme il l’est indiqué. Utiliser huit VIS
TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S).

ÉTAPE 16

Séparer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (40MC) des GLISSIÈRES
D'EXTENSION (40MA) comme l'indique le schéma du haut ci­dessous. Faire attention car les pièces sont graissées.

Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (40MA) aux EXTRÉMITÉS
DE CAISSON (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm
DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4.

REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION, faire tourner
une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma agrandi. Ensuite,
enfiler la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION vers
l'intérieur pour trouver l'autre trou qui est aligné sur le trou dans
l’EXTRÉMITÉ. Faire tourner une VIS dans ce trou.

REMARQUE : Les COULISSES D'EXTENSION seront utilisées
ultérieurement pour le TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS.

ÉTAPE 12

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans
cette étape.

Enfoncer douze EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les
bords longs des EXTRÉMITÉS DE CAISSON (A et B).

Enfoncer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans
les chants courts des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Ensuite, insérer
l'extrémité en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans
chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 13

Faire tourner douze VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans
les PIEDS (U, V, W et X).

Insérer huit CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans les PIEDS (U, V, W et X).

ÉTAPE 14

Enfoncer légèrement deux CONNECTEURS DE MOULURE (16F)
dans les crans des PIEDS (U et V).

ÉTAPE 15

Fixer les PIEDS (W et X) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE CAISSON (A).
Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
PIEDS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ.

Fixer les PIEDS (U et V) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE DE
CAISSON (B). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
PIEDS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ.

ÉTAPE 17

Fixer une MOULURE D'EXTRÉMITÉ DE CAISSON (L) à
l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE DE CAISSON (B). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE
PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

REMARQUE : S’assurer de positionner la MOULURE exactement
comme il l’est indiqué.

REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les VIS dans la MOULURE.

ÉTAPE 18

Enfoncer dix EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans le
DESSUS DE BUREAU (C).

Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE DE CAISSON (B) au DESSUS (C).
Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 19

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans
cette étape.

Enfoncer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F)
dans la TABLETTE (R). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité en métal
de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque
EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

Enfiler la MOULURE DE TABLETTE* (CC) sur le bord cranté de
la TABLETTE (R).

REMARQUE : La MOULURE DE TABLETTE (CC) est plus petite
que la MOULURE AVANT DE DESSOUS (M).

Guide d'utilisation de la visserie

UTILISATION DE LA FIXATION TWIST-LOCK®

1. Enfoncer une FIXATION TWIST-LOCK® dans le gros trou
de la pièce.

2. 1. Insérer l'extrémité filetée de la FIXATION dans le trou de la
pièce attenante.

REMARQUE : L'extrémité filetée de la FIXATION doit rester
complètement insérée dans le trou de la pièce attenante lorsque
l'on bloque la FIXATION.

2. Bien serrer la FIXATION à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips.

ÉTAPE 22

Ne pas serrer les FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® à cette étape.
Enfoncer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® SAUDER (10F) dans

les gros trous dans les FIXATIONS DE TIROIR (P).

ÉTAPE 24

Fixer les FIXATIONS DE TIROIR (P) au DESSUS DE BUREAU (C).
Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

REMARQUE : Les RAILS sur les FIXATIONS DE TIROIR devraient
être dirigées l’une en face de l’autre.

ÉTAPE 25

Enfoncer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans le
VOILE DE FOND DE BUREAU (G). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité
en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque
EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

Fixer le VOILE DE FOND DE BUREAU (G) au DESSUS DE
BUREAU (C). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Fixer le VOILE DE FOND DE BUREAU (G) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE DE
CAISSON (A). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 50 mm NOIRES (113S)

REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.

ÉTAPE 26

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans
cette étape.

Enfoncer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans
les PANNEAUX DE SUPPORT (S et T). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité
en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque
EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 23

REMARQUE : Faire très attention à l'emplacement des pièces à
cette étape.

Avec précaution, retourner les FIXATIONS DE TIROIR (P).
Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE (40CA) à la FIXATION DE TIROIR (P)

retournée. Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S)
à travers les trous n° 1 et n° 3 et dans la surface sans
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE (40CB) à l’autre FIXATION DE
TIROIR (P). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S)
à travers les trous n° 1 et n° 3 et dans la surface avec
FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

ÉTAPE 27

Avec précaution, retourner le GRAND PANNEAU DE SUPPORT (S)
sur son bord comme il l’est indiqué.

Fixer le GRAND PANNEAU DE SUPPORT (S) au PETIT PANNEAU DE
SUPPORT (T). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 50 mm NOIRES (113S)

REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.

ÉTAPE 28

REMARQUE : Ceci est une vue diérente de l’assemblage.
Fixer les PANNEAUX DE SUPPORT (S et T) au DESSUS DE

BUREAU (C). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Fixer le GRAND PANNEAU DE SUPPORT (S) au VOILE DE FOND DE

BUREAU (G). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 50 mm NOIRES (113S).

CONNECTEUR DE MOULURE situé sur le PIED (U) s'insère dans

Fixer la MOULURE ARRIÈRE DE DESSUS (AA) au DESSUS DE
BUREAU (C). Serrer cinq EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 30

Insérer quatre CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans l'ARRIÈRE (Y).
Insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur l’un bord de

l’ARRIÈRE (Y) dans le DESSUS DE BUREAU (C).

ÉTAPE 31

Insérer quatre CHEVILLES EN BOIS (15F) dans l'ARRIÈRE (Y).
Insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS situées sur l’un bord

de l’ARRIÈRE (Y) dans le DESSUS DE BUREAU (C).

ÉTAPE 34 (SUITE)

Fixer la MOULURE AVANT DE DESSUS (N) au DESSUS DE
BUREAU (C). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 35

Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, relever, avec précaution, le
DESSUS DE BUREAU (C) dans sa position verticale et placer
l'élément dans son emplacement final.

Relever, avec précaution, l’ensemble du DESSUS DE RETOUR (D)
dans sa position verticale.

Fixer le VOILE DE FOND DE RETOUR (F) au DESSUS DE
BUREAU (C). Serrer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

Fixer le VOILE DE FOND DE RETOUR (F) au PETIT PANNEAU DE
SUPPORT (T). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 50 mm NOIRES (113S)

REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.

Fixer le DESSUS DE RETOUR (D) sur le DESSUS DE BUREAU (C).
Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S) à travers les
PLAQUES situées sur le DESSUS DE RETOUR et dans les trous
du DESSUS DE BUREAU.

ÉTAPE 32

Fixer le DESSOUS DE CAISSON (J) aux EXTRÉMITÉS DE CAISSON (A
et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 50 mm NOIRES (113S)

REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS dans
l’ARRIÈRE (Y) dans le DESSOUS.

ÉTAPE 33

Fixer les MOULURES D'EXTRÉMITÉ DE CAISSON (L) aux
EXTRÉMITÉS DE CAISSON (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

ÉTAPE 34

REMARQUE : Ceci est une vue diérente de l’assemblage.
Faire tourner quatre VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (8F) dans la MOULURE

AVANT DE DESSUS (N).

ARRIÈRE DE RETOUR (BB).

taper doucement sur le coin de la MOULURE (BB) de sorte que le
CONNECTEUR DE MOULURE situé sur le PIED (V) s'insère dans
la MOULURE (BB).

Fixer la MOULURE ARRIÈRE DE RETOUR (BB) sur les DESSUS (C
et D). Serrer cinq EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

ÉTAPE 37

Fixer l’ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D564) aux CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR À CRAYONS (D266 et D267). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE
PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).

Enfiler le FOND DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (B55) dans les rainures
des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D266 et D267) et de
l’ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D564).

Fixer le DEVANT DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D563)
aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D266 et D267). Utiliser deux
VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).

ÉTAPE 39

Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (40CC) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR À
CRAYONS (D266) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) sur le CÔTÉ
GAUCHE DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D267). Utiliser quatre VIS
TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 2 et nº 4.

ÉTAPE 40

Séparer le TAMPON de la FICHE AVEC TAMPON (29M) et
coller le TAMPON sur le FIXATION DE TIROIR (P) comme
l'indique le schéma.

Pour insérer le TIROIR À CRAYONS (Z) dans l'élément, abaisser
le devant du tiroir et faire passer les roulettes situées sur le tiroir
derrière les roulettes situées sur l'élément. Relever le devant du
tiroir et l'enfiler dans l'élément.

Insérer les PASSE-CÂBLES (10P) et les COUVERCLES DE
PASSE-CÂBLES (1P) dans le gros trou des DESSUS (C et D).

ÉTAPE 41

1. Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D28 et D29)
en biseau dans la fente dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE
TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (H).

2. Enfiler le FOND DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D707) dans les
rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D28 et D29)
et du DEVANT DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (H).

3. Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D78) aux CÔTÉS
DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D28 et D29). Utiliser quatre VIS
TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).

REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR POUR
DOSSIERS (D707) s'encastre dans la rainure de l'ARRIÈRE DE
TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D78).

ÉTAPE 42

Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS
DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D28 et D29).

Fixer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (40MC) aux CÔTÉS DE
TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D28 et D29). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4.

ÉTAPE 42 (SUITE)

REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible
à travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.

Fixer une POIGNÉE (190K) sur le DEVANT DE TIROIR POUR
DOSSIERS (H). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 25 mm DORÉES (50S).

ÉTAPE 43

Enfoncer une ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS (15B) sur le CÔTÉ
DROIT DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D28).

Enfiler les GUIDES POUR DOSSIERS (8B) dans l'ARMATURE
POUR DOSSIERS (15B) située sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE
TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS.

Enfiler une autre ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS (15B) sur l'autre
extrémité des GUIDES POUR DOSSIERS (8B) et appuyer cette
ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR
POUR DOSSIERS (D29).

ÉTAPE 44

Enfoncer les MANCHONS EN CAOUTCHOUC (2R) sur l’une
extrémité des GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R). Insérer les GOUPILLES
EN MÉTAL dans les trous choisis dans les EXTRÉMITÉS DE
CAISSON (A et B). Poser la TABLETTE RÉGLABLE (Q) sur les
GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL.

Pour insérer le TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (H) dans l'élément,
aligner les COULISSES D'EXTENSION du tiroir sur les
GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION de l'élément et enfoncer le tiroir dans
l'élément jusqu'à ce que le tiroir soit complètement inséré. Le tiroir
orira une certaine résistance jusqu'à ce qu'il soit complètement
inséré dans l'élément, il glissera ensuite sans diculté.

Décoller les APPLIQUÉS des FICHES D'APPLIQUÉS (93P) et
coller les sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE et tête de
VIS visible.

ÉTAPE 45

Pour ajuster le TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS, desserrer la VIS nº 4 dans
les COULISSES un quart de tour et tourner ensuite la came dans
le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire. Noter
que le tiroir monte ou descend lorsque l'on tourne la came. Ajuster
le tiroir de cette manière permet au DEVANT DE TIROIR d'être
mieux aligné une fois fermé. Resserrer les VIS après d'avoir ajusté.

REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la
sécurité figurant sur les pages arrière du manuel d’instructions.

CÓMO UTILIZAR EL EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO Y
EL PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO

1. Empuje un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO dentro de la parte. La
flecha en el EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO debe apuntar hacia el
agujero en el borde de la tabla.

2. Inserte el extremo de metal de un PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO
dentro de EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

Precaución: Riesgo de daños o heridas. Los EXCÉNTRICOS
ESCONDIDOS deben apretarse completamente. Los EXCÉNTRICOS
ESCONDIDOS que no se aprieten completamente se aflojarán y las
partes pueden separarse. Para apretar completamente: Comience.
Flecha. Apriete. Máximo de 210 grados. Mínimo de 190 grados

CÓMO UTILIZAR EL EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO Y
LA BIELA DE EXCÉNTRICO

1. Gire una BIELA DE EXCÉNTRICO hasta que el resalto repose
contra de la parte.

2. Empuje un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO dentro de la parte. La

Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón

vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Empuje seis EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) en los bordes

largos del EXTREMO DERECHO DE MESA AUXILIAR (E).
Empuje dos EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) en el borde corto

del EXTREMO DERECHO DE MESA AUXILIAR (E). A continuación,
inserte el extremo de metal de un PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F)
dentro de cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

PASO 2

Deslice las MOLDURAS LATERALES DE MESA AUXILIAR (K) sobre
el EXTREMO DERECHO DE MESA AUXILIAR (E). Utilice cuatro
TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

NOTA: Asegúrese de que cada MOLDURA está dispuesta

Ligeramente clave dos CONECTORES DE MOLDURA (16F) en las
muescas de las PATAS (U y V).

PASO 10

Atornille tres BIELAS DE EXCÉNTRICO (8F) en la MOLDURA
DELANTERA DE MESA AUXILIAR (O).

NOTA: Con la palma de la mano, es posible que deba golpear
suavemente en la esquina de la MOLDURA (O) para que el
CONECTOR DE MOLDURA en la PATA (U) se inserte en
la MOLDURA (O).

Fije la MOLDURA DELANTERA DE MESA AUXILIAR (O) al
PANEL SUPERIOR DE MESA AUXILIAR (D). Apriete tres
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

PASO 5

Fije las PATAS (U y V) al EXTREMO DERECHO DE MESA
AUXILIAR (E). Apriete seis EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

NOTA: Asegúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA en las
PATAS se inserten en el EXTREMO.

PASO 6

No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.
Empuje seis EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) en el VELO

DE FONDO DE MESA AUXILIAR (F). A continuación, inserte el
extremo de metal de un PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F) dentro

Fije el VELO DE FONDO DE MESA AUXILIAR (F) al

largos de los EXTREMOS DE PEDESTAL (A y B).
Empuje cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los

PASO 16

Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (40MC) de los RIELES
DE EXTENSIÓN (40MA) como se muestra en el diagrama

Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (40MA) a los EXTREMOS DE
PEDESTAL (A y B). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS

las ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R). Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL

PEDESTAL (A y B). Coloque el ESTANTE AJUSTABLE (Q) sobre
las ESPIGAS DE METAL.

Para insertar el CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (H) dentro de la unidad,
alinee las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN sujetadas al cajón con

4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that first arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.

5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law,
whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
