FD15 INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Power On/Off

To power on, slide the power switch to the ON position.
To power off, slide the power switch to the OFF position.

Charging

-Make sure your FD15 is powered off.

-Plug it into the USB port of a computer or into an AC outlet via a wall
charger(not included).

-Allow to charge for 2-3 hours before use.

-The LED indictor light will be red while charging.

-The LED indicator light will turn blue when charging is complete.
NOTE: The FD15 will not record while it is charging.

Time/Date Stamp (Windows Only)

-Connect your FD15 to a computer via the USB slot.

-Open the removable drive.

-Double click the “SetTime” file.

-Double click the “SetTime.exe” file.

-You will see a dialog box with “Success on setting time YYY-MM-DD
HH:MM:SS!”.

-Click the OK button and the FD15 will then sync with the current time of
your PC.

-Your recordings will now have the correct time and date.
NOTE: If the FD15 shuts down due to low battery, the time and date will
be reset. Please make sure to set the time and date again.

Voice Activated Recording

Start recording:

-Power on your FD15. The LED indicator light will be red and blue.

-The indicator light will then flash red several times and then turn off
indicating that the voice activated recording has started.
NOTE: There will be no LED indicator lights during recording.
NOTE: You can save a recording and start a new file by powering off
your FD15, waiting 5 seconds and then powering it back on.

Stop Recording:

-Power off your FD15.

-You will see a red and blue light indicating that voice recording has
ended and the recording has been saved.
NOTE: If the battery is low or memory full, files will be automatically
saved before powering off.

Playback Saved Files

-Power off your FD15.

-Plug it into the USB port of a computer.

-Open the removable drive and then open the RECORD folder.

-Here you can access or delete recorded files.
NOTE: For MAC users, after deleting files from the FD15, empty your
trash bin to complete deletion.
NOTE: DO NOT DELETE ANY SYSTEM FILES.
