SPEAKER SYSTEMS LIMITED WARRANTY

RE Audio warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of
one(1) year fr om the date of the original purc hase, unless this product is la beled “B-Stock,” in whic h case it is warranted for
ninety(90 ) days from the date of the original purchase. Should service warranty period, RE Audio will replace or repair(at
its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge. Warranty replacements on “B-Stock”
may have cosmetic scratc hes and blemishes. Discontinue d products may be replace d with equivalent products .

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the
original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in dur atio n to a p erio d of t he e xpre ss war rant y as p rovi ded
herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply
to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, therefore these exclusions may not
apply to you.

This warranty g ives you specific legal rig hts; however you may have othe r rights that vary from state to state.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED WARRANT Y OR SERVICE

Defective m erchandise must be returned to yo ur local Authorized RE Audio D ealer for warranty. Assistance in l ocating
an Authorize d Dealer can be obtained by w riting or calling RE Audi o direct. You can confirm that a d ealer is authorized by
asking to see a current authorized dealer window decal.

If it becom es necessary for yo u to return defec tive merchandise, ca ll RE Audio Customer Se rvice Depar tment(Re fer to
www.r eaudio.com for th e current phone nu mber) for a Retur n Authorization (RA) nu mber. Package all def ective items in
the original container or in a package that will prevent shipping damage, and return to RE Audio shipping address given
by a RE Audio Cus tomer Service R epresentative.

The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return only defective components. Return of
entire pairs, for e xample, increases your return freight charge s. Non-defective items received wil l be returned freight collect.

Include a dated proof-of- purchase from an Authorized Dealer. Warranty expiration on items returned without
proof- of-purchase will be determined from the manufacturing date code. Coverage may be invalidated if this date is
greater than one(1) year previous to the date the item is sent in. Freight must be prepaid; items received freight collect will
be refused.

Failure to follow these instructions may void your warranty. Any questions can be directed to RE Audio Customer Service
Department.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty is val id only if the product is used for th e purpose for which it was designe d. It does not cover:

• Install slips(screw driver holes)

• Damage caused by exposure to water

and/or excessive heat

• Damage through negligence, misuse, or

accident

• Items physically dam aged due to abuse

• Freight damage

• The cost of shipp ing product to RE Audio

• Items previously repaired by any unauthorized

repair facility

• Items returned form unauthorized individuals
or dealers

• Return shipping on non-defective items

• Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or
distortion

• Speakers with sil icon caulk used for gasket
material

Contact your international RE Audio Authorized Dealer or Distributor concerning specific procedures for you country’s
warranty policies.

RE Audio products are capable of producing sound levels that can permanently damage your
hearing ability ! Turning up a system to a level that has audible distortion is more damaging to
your ears than listening to an undisto rted system at the same volume level. The threshold of pa in

WARNING:

is always an indicator that the sou nd level is too loud and may permanently da mage your hearing.

Please use common sense when controlling volume !
