SAS-8C

1] Set SAS-8C GAIN controls fully CCW and connect
power to SAS-8C.
2] Connect ribbon cable from prior SourceFlex product,
(SAS-8i or other SAS-8C.
3] Wire REMOTE STATION "1" terminals 1 through 6
directly to terminals 1 through 6 of SourceFlex remote
listening station. Repeat for output channels 2 through 8.
4] Verify PWR LED is illuminated for each output. If LED
is not illuminated, there is a wiring short.
5] Connect remote listening stations and run the remote
station gain to maximum.
6] Set each GAIN pot on each SAS-8C output for the
maximum desired listening level at the respective
listening station.

TYPICAL PERFORMANCE

Input, bus: 24-pin ribbon cable header driven from SAS-8i (or other SAS-8C
loop-thru jack, input cable included)
Output, bus: 24-pin ribbon cable header loop-thru output to drive additional SAS-8C
Outputs (8): 6-position removable terminal blocks (connection to remote Listening Station)
Audio Output Gain Range: 40 dB (trimpot presettable)
Indicators: LED – output voltage present at Remote Outputs
Power Requirement: 24 Vdc @ 2 A, Ground-referenced
