commitment by offering outstanding picture performance and multiple connectivity
options. This is the perfect vehicle to help you make the transition into the world
of HDTV. The RCA Digital High-Definition Monitor can display 1080i (interlaced)
television signals (1,330,560 pixels) when you combine this television with an
RCA DTC100 HD/Digital Receiver. In addition, with its six sets of audio and video
inputs the RCA High-Definition Monitor has much more to offer outside the world
of HDTV. It’s the perfect display for analog, digital and HDTV broadcasts, digital
satellite receiver, video games, DVD player and your VCR—and they can all be
connected at the same time!

receive the same pixel resolution inch for inch as with
a 16:9 HDTV.
Combining the HDTV-ready Digital High-Definition
Monitor with a DTC100 High-Definition Digital
Receiver will provide you an HDTV-quality picture.
• Progressive Scan Up Conversion
The new RCA HDTV|monitor series
employs motion adaptive up conversion
using spatial and temporal filtering to
de-interlace NTSC video. This process
digitally combines two fields of data
into one high-resolution image frame.

The new RCA HDTV|monitor
series decodes an Anamorphically
encoded digital signal (DVD for
example) allowing for maximum
horizontal lines of resolution to
be displayed.
