1.2.1请按下列调试步骤和指定的测试仪器进行调试,否则将不能调好电视机,为了保证满意 的测试结果,在调试中必须保证所指定的偏压值。
1.2.2调试之前请务必戴好静电手套。

若待机指示灯未亮时,信号板的电源被开启,由N802产生3.3V电压,N801产生1.2V 电压,N803产生3V3电压,然后N808产生1.5V,N805产生5V,然后N806产生2.5V,N807 产生1.2V,然后N809产生3.3V,V801产生12V电压,以给主板上各部分元件供电。接上电源 后先用万用表检查开机后几项输出电压是否正常。

串号扫描软件为绿色软件,无需安装,把压缩包解压即可。
压缩包包含的文件如下图,因为运行过程中会生成一些数据库文件,所以最好保持压缩包的目
录结构。

电视机开机,网络机连接网线,非网络机连接四芯线或VGA线,然后进入工厂菜单的相应

1.软件启动时,可能会弹出如下界面,原因是软件扫描非网络机时采用串口通讯,所以启动时
会按照配置文件打开指定的串口,如果串口不存在或已被占用则会提示弹出该界面。如果是
扫描网络则不用理会该提示;如果是扫描非网络机,请正确设置串口。
2.串号扫描软件界面请不要打开输入法,保持为英文输入状态,否则会影响扫描枪读取串号。
3.扫描网络机时,因为电视使用网络与串号扫描软件通讯,所以请关闭电脑的网络防火墙软件
(包括杀毒软件的网络防火墙),否则电视可能无法获取数据。
4.串号扫描软件使用了加密算法,部分杀毒软件可能会误报为病毒并自动删除netfactory.exe,
需要在杀毒软件中把netfactory.exe加入白名单,具体操作请参考杀毒软件使用说明。
5.串号自动上传功能一般只授权给生产线,需在申请授权时填写,同时电脑需连接外网。
