ECONO WASH JR
Automatic Sheetfed Press Wash
applications. ECONO WASH JR contains emulsifiers so that water can readily be
mixed to remove paper lint coating from blankets and rollers. This press wash will
quickly remove ink and contaminants from rollers, blankets and other press parts.
ECONO WASH JR is also compatible with all types of plates, including the newer
unbaked digital plates.
Rollers – Apply a liberal amount of product to rollers. Engage wash-up blades and
re-apply to remove any residual ink. Add water to remove glaze.
Blankets – Apply to a dampened rag and wipe across entire blanket surface until
clean.
Automatic Blanket and Roller washers:
Follow manufacturers recommended instructions.
