ROLLER WASH:
Add 1 part

to 4 parts water and apply to rollers

USA WASH ABW
Highly Dilutable Low VOC Automatic Press Wash
press equipment. USA WASH ABW contains a mixture of solvents that provide
excellent ink cutting power and components that help remove paper coating and
fibers. USA WASH ABW is emulsifiable with water to help in the removal of water
soluble contaminants.
while press is running. Allow press to run while solution works on rollers. Engage
wash up blades. When rollers are clean, press is ready to resume operation. Repeat
process for difficult clean-up situations.
BLANKET WASH: Add 1 part USA WASH ABW to 5-7 parts water, mix and apply
solution to a cloth. Wipe across blanket until residual ink and glaze are removed.
For excessive paper coating and lint build-up, dampen cloth with water before
applying USA WASH ABW.
