Model SUHP-424-F-C

A heavy duty open burner made in a convenient step up configuration, the
perfect appliance for sauteing. This unit is furnished standard with stainless
steel front, nosing, and ends.

The 10" front cooking height matches the height of the RDGM manually
controlled griddle. Other heights are available to match the GT griddle,
RD-85, and TB-8 Broiler.

The Step Up Hot Plate is standard with a heavy cast iron grate. A heavy duty
cast iron burner, rated at 30,000 BTU, is furnished with a full range of
settings.

FINISH: Stainless steel nosing, front panel, and both sides.
Balance in aluminized steel.

CONSTRUCTION: All welded heavy gauge steel body.

BURNERS: Heavy cast iron burners, each controlled by

burner valve and equipped with constant pilot. Burners
are easily removable for servicing. Each burner is rated at
30,000 BTU and has both a cross and circle flame pattern
for even distribution of the heat.

GRATES: Heavy Cast Iron Top grates are 12" wide,

with a smooth surface for easy sliding of all sizes of

utensils.

DRIP PAN: Furnished with a full width drip pan easily

VALVES: Each burner is equipped with a smooth action
