ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
This equipment comes to you pre-assembled except for the pump handle and the foot paddle. (foot paddle for models RFJ-214TQ / RFJ-3TQ)
All models: The two sections of the handle should be assembled by sliding the
lower part of the handle into the top part and affixing the screw through both parts.
Loosen the hex head bolt on the handle socket of the jack and insert the assembled handle into the socket and tighten the bolt, holding the handle in place.
Models RFJ-214TQ & RFJ-3TQ: Using the nut & bolt on the foot paddle, attach the pad-
dle to the “roller cam plunger assembly” on the back of the handle socket.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
It is always good practice to inspect the equipment before use to ensure that it has no damages, missing parts or oil leakages. Refer to the owner’s manual of the vehicle to learn about the correct lifting points on the vehicle.
TO LIFT: Lower the Jack to the minimum and position it under the prop-
er lifting points of the vehicle. Turn the pump handle clockwise to close the release valve and pump the handle. Never use
this jack to move or dolly a load.
With models RFJ-214TQ and RFJ-3TQ, you may use the foot paddle to raise the jack instead of the pump handle.
TO LOWER: Simply turn the pump handle counter clockwise slowly. MAINTENANCE: Have all moving parts well lubed. Using a grease gun, grease
the elevator arm pivot pin grease fitting. Store the jack in a well ventilated, dry place away from sun
light. When not in use keep the elevator arm lowered to the minimum.
On a regular basis clean the jack to remove any dust, rust, dirt etc. that could hinder performance.
INFORMATION: Use only “Hydraulic jack fluid” SAE 10 or equivalent.
