Description:
Underbar cocktail station with insulated ice chest, glass fillers,
condiment pans, and full length drain troughs.
Specifications:
Underbar cocktail prep stations with stainless steel ice bin. Ice
Bin to have foamed in place insulation and 1" drain in center.
Movable ice bin partition supplied. Two glass fillers supplied. (2)
full length waste troughs with removable egg crate grill and (2)
stainless steel perforated waste containers. Each trough to have
3/4" drain nipple installed. Condiment pan holding assembly and
(8) 1/9 size pans 2 1/2" deep supplied. Unit with stainless steel
top. Top turned up to form a 3 1/2" riser at each end. Exterior unit
body to be corrosion resistant steel.
Standard Features:
• Large ice chest with divider for ice service at one end,
cold bottle storage at other
• Condiment pans support frame to conveniently hold drink garnishes
• Full length drain troughs and waste containers
• Two glass fillers for water service
• Installed underbar at service area—allows drink make up
from both sides
