Description:

Randell Series 2000 Upright are built for years of efficient, high
performance service. The top mounted, expansion valve refrig­eration system offers the highest, most consistent performance
available while maximizing usable interior space.

Finishes:

Standard Series Doors/Louver: Stainless steel.

Exterior Sides: Anodized aluminum. Interior: Anodized aluminum

E Series Cabinet interior, exterior sides, fronts,

and doors stainless steel.

Specifications:

CABINET EXTERIOR: Cabinet body is constructed of all metal,
inside & out. The top, bottom, & back are galvanized steel. Front
and sides are available in finishes as listed above. Door and louver
are stainless steel and are removable without tools. Unit on 6"
casters, front two are locking.

CABINET INTERIOR: Interior of cabinet is fully coved to meet N.S.F.
standard #7. The interior walls, ceiling and door liner are available
in either stainless steel or anodized aluminum as listed above.
Foamed in place, CFC free urethane insulation. Snap-in A.B.S.
breaker strips.

DOORS: Stainless steel front with either anodized aluminum
or stainless steel liner, mounted on heavy duty cam lift hinges
with automatic light switch, heavy duty chrome handle, cylinder
door lock. Glass doors to be insulated glass with bright extruded
aluminum frames, switch for interior light mounted on exterior of
glass door unit.

REFRIGERATION: Top mounted condensing unit and evaporator coil,
expansion valve system with thermostatic control, factory tested
and balanced to maintain 38˚ F. average interior temperature utiliz­ing CFC free 134a refrigerant. Evaporator coil is coated to resist
corrosion. Unit supplied with master on/off switch and 8' cord and
plug. Access to service points without tools is standard.

Description:

Randell Series 2000 Upright are built for years of efficient, high
performance service. The top mounted, expansion valve refrig­eration system offers the highest, most consistent performance
available while maximizing usable interior space.

Finishes:

Standard Series Doors/Louver: Stainless steel.

Exterior Sides: Anodized aluminum. Interior: Anodized aluminum

E Series Cabinet interior, exterior sides, fronts,

and doors stainless steel.

Specifications:

CABINET EXTERIOR: Cabinet body is constructed of all metal, inside
& out. The top, bottom, & back are galvanized steel. Front and
sides are available in finishes as listed above. Doors and louver
are stainless steel and are removable without tools. Unit on 6"
casters, front two are locking.

CABINET INTERIOR: Interior of cabinet is fully coved to meet N.S.F.
standard #7. The interior walls, ceiling and door liner are available
in either stainless steel or anodized aluminum as listed above.
Foamed in place, CFC free urethane insulation. Snap-in A.B.S.
breaker strips allow access to condensate heater wires.

DOORS: Stainless steel front with either anodized aluminum
or stainless steel liner, mounted on heavy duty cam lift hinges
with automatic light switch, heavy duty chrome handle, cylinder
door lock. Glass doors to be insulated glass with bright extruded
aluminum frames, switch for interior light mounted on exterior of
glass door unit.

REFRIGERATION: Top mounted condensing unit and evaporator coil,
expansion valve system with thermostatic control, factory tested
and balanced to maintain 38˚ F. average interior temperature utiliz­ing CFC free 134a refrigerant. Evaporator coil is coated to resist
corrosion. Unit supplied with master on/off switch and 8' cord and
plug. Access to service points without tools is standard.

Upright Air Curtain Single Door Refrigerator model 2127AC

Description:

Air Curtain refrigerators are ideal for a variety of operations,
including (but not limited to); metal tray assembly lines, flight
kitchens, buffet/cafeteria lines and fast food operations. The all
stainless steel design offers easy clean-up and long life, while
maintaining an attractive appearance. Strategically designed air
flow patterns assure cold air is circulated across the cabinet
front to maintain proper serving temperatures under the given
guidelines of NSF.

Specifications:

CABINET EXTERIOR: Unit exterior and interior to be made from
stainless steel with removable stainless steel louvers. The re­frigeration system is bottom mounted providing greater stability,
easier maneuverability and easy access to pans/trays, which start
at a convenient 23" from the floor. The unit is provided with a
full perimeter bumper ledge, to provide safety to the unit as well
as other equipment or building walls. The unit is provided on 6"
high (overall) poly (non-marring) casters, with front two casters
locking.

CABINET BASE INTERIOR: All Stainless Steel interior with remov­able stainless steel air diffuser and pan slide assembly. The base
shall be foamed in place polyurethane insulation with a minimum
thickness of 2".

STORAGE CAPACITY: Pan Slide assembly provided has (14) sets
of angle slides to accept (14) 18x26" sheet pans.

DOORS: Stainless steel front with easy to grasp positive latching
door handle, which provides secured door closer during moves.
Interior of door is also stainless steel for easy clean-up and longer
life. Doors mounted on heavy duty 1/8 stainless steel plate hinges
with 270˚ stay open latch catch. The door is removable without
tools. A snap-in heavy duty magnetic gasket is provided. Door is
foamed in place polyurethane insulation.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM: The system will utilize R-134A refrigerant
and be provided with a hot gas condensate evaporation system.
The system is readily accessed through a removable (without
tools) front louver. Removable side louvers are also provided for
greater access to the systems components. The evaporator coil
is mounted separated from the product food zone and houses
the forced air circulating fans. The cooled air is then pressurized
through the air diffusers located at the opening of the door mullions,

forming a cross door air flow pattern or “Air Curtain”. Proper temperature
is maintained while the door is closed with the use of strategically placed
internal air holes.

ELECTRICAL: The units will be provided with a 8' cord and 3-wire grounded
plug as standard, pre-wired for 115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase operation.
Export voltages are available and require hard wiring in the field to the
units main junction box.

Upright Roll-In Single Door Heated model 2335

Description:

Randell Series 2000 Single Section Heated Roll-Ins are built for
years of efficient, high performance service. The heating system
offers the highest, most consistent performance available while
maximizing usable interior space.

Finishes:

Standard Series Doors/Louver: Stainless steel.

Exterior Sides: Anodized aluminum. Interior: Anodized aluminum

E Series Cabinet interior, exterior sides, fronts,

and doors stainless steel.

Specifications:

CABINET EXTERIOR: Cabinet body is constructed of all metal,
inside & out. The top, bottom, & back are galvanized steel. Front
and sides are available in finishes as listed above. Door and louver
are stainless steel and are removable without tools. Provided with
stainless steel removable ramp.

CABINET INTERIOR: Interior of cabinet is fully coved to meet N.S.F.
standard #4. Solid core stainless steel interior floor is standard.
The interior walls, ceiling and door liner are available in either
stainless steel or anodized aluminum as listed above. Foamed in
place, CFC free urethane insulation. Stainless steel breaker strips.
Provided with stainless steel rack guide.

DOORS: Stainless steel front with either anodized aluminum or
stainless steel liner, mounted on (3) heavy duty cam lift hinges
with heavy duty chrome handle, and cylinder door lock.

HEATING SYSTEM: Temperature settings are controlled with 60˚
F. to 180˚ F. solid state thermostatic control with high limit switch
for customer safety. Heat is supplied with two strip heaters, lo­cated at the base of the interior. Heat is circulated by interior fan
recessed in ceiling.
