INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation instructions for 2006 Expedition/Navigator, bucket seats
This base installs at the front of the passenger seat where the seat frame is attached to the floor board. The base
installs over the top of the seat frame legs using the existing vehicle hardware.
1. Using a T-55 male Torx bit, remove the two front seat rail bolts that hold the passenger side seat to the floor. The T55 male Torx bit can be purchased at most auto parts stores if you do not have one.
2. Once the bolts are removed, place the No-Drill™ base over the exposed threaded holes.
3. Re-install the seat rail bolts so they pass through the No-Drill™ base and then into the threaded holes.
4. Start each bolt by hand or carefully using the tool so as not to cross thread.
5. Once each bolt is started, use the tool to fully tighten the No-Drill™ base down to the floor board.
Note: Prior to installation of the No-Drill™ base, if using an optional riser attachment, installation of the riser before
placement of the no drill base is suggested. Also, consider the preferred location of the telescoping pedestal when
attaching the riser so no interference occurs with the dash, console, or seat. For some trim levels of the Lincoln
Navigator and Expedition where a factory kick bar is installed, the cone on the lower part of the adjustable riser should
be placed furthest from the seat. Some forward seat travel may be restricted upon installation these vehicles.
