Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) - The procedure(s) in this manual include the use of chemical products. These chemical
products will be highlighted with italic-faced letters followed by the abbreviation (HCS). See Hazard Communication Standard
(HCS) manual for the appropriate Material Safety Data Sheet(s)

Maintenance Procedure

1. Turn the dispenser power switch to the OFF position.

2. Unplug the dispenser power cord from the wall.

3. Inspect the power cord for damage.

4. Remove the hopper from the dispenser, and clean the dispenser (refer to the Daily Closing procedure). Reassemble the dispenser

WITHOUT the hopper.

5. Inspect the hopper and drum for damage.

6. Inspect the dispenser for loose hardware.

7. Plug the dispenser into the wall outlet.

8. Turn the Power Switch to the ON position.

9. From previous observations, if basket loads are off, calibrate the dispenser weighing system. (Refer to procedure in your manual)

10. Turn the power switch OFF.

11. Finish reassembling the dispenser.
