INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
BAG INSTALLATION: 04910 Tour Pack Bag
WARNING
Please read and understand these instructions completely before installation to avoid possible injury to yourself or damage to
the accessory or vehicle. If you are unsure of your ability, seek the help of a qualified mechanic.
WARNING
This system is recommended for use with a luggage rack combination which is permanently attached to the motorcycle.
Do not exceed the manufactures recommended load capacity. Consult your owner’s manual for tire inflation pressures and
gross axle weight rating. Failure to follow recommended weight loading capacities may affect handling. This could result in
property damage, injury, and possibly death.
1. INSTALLATION ON HARLEY-DAVIDSON
▶ The Rally Pack Tour Pack bag is design to be used on (1) Premium Tour Pak®, (2) the Air Wing Tour Pak® Rack
▶ Place bag on the rack with the two mesh pockets facing the front of the bike. (FIG. 1)
▶ Secure the front of the bag with the hook and loop straps located beneath the handle (FIG. 2)
▶ Secure the both sides of the bag with the hook and loop straps to the tour trunk luggage rack (FIG. 3)

1. INSTALLATION ON HONDA GOLD WING, KURYAKYN RACK
▶ Place bag on the rack with the two mesh pockets facing the front of the bike. (FIG. 4)
▶ Secure the front of the bag with the hook and loop straps located beneath the mesh pockets (FIG. 5)
▶ Secure the both sides of the bag with the hook and loop straps to the tour trunk luggage rack (FIG. 6)

2. MAINTENANCE
▶ Periodically check position of bags. Re-adjust and/or re-tighten as required.
3. CARE AND CLEANING
▶ Wash using mild house hold detergent and so brush to remove dirt or road grime. Rinse thoroughly and dry before using.
Do not put in washer or dryer, dry cleaning is not recommended.
