BD9713KV
Description
BD9713KV is a PWM switching regulator controller IC.
7 channel switching regulator controllers are incorporated
into a VQFP48 package. This IC can drive external
P-channel FET directly. Reference voltage, triangular
wave oscillator, PWM comparator, CMOS type driver,
short-circuit protection circuit, and under voltage lock out
circuit are all incorporated in this IC.
Features
1) 7-channel driver for main switch are incorporated and
P-Ch FET can be driven directly.
2) Built-in short circuit protection (Timer latch type)
when over loaded
3) Built-in under voltage lock out circuit
4) All channels can be OFF or 5, 6, 7 channels
can be set OFF independently.
5) Circuit current is 10 mA or less, when all channels are OFF.
6) Built-in high-precision reference voltage circuit (±1%)
