6. Reinigung des Gerätes

6. Installation

• Unplug your computer and any other connected peripheral devices

• Remove the panel from the available 2x 5.25" bay

• Insert the IB-iR3521 into the bay and screw it to the chassis

• Connect the IB-iR3521 to the motherboard with the two included SATA data cables

• Connect two power cables (15 Pin SATA or 4 Pin Molex) to the power supply

• Replace the computer cover and reconnect the power cord

7. Functions

7.1 Power button

• Press the power button for 3 sec to power on or off the enclosure with HDD/SSD

• The power will turn off automatically when the HDD/SSD is ejected

• Power on LED: the power button shines in blue colour when power is on

• Access LED: the power button blinks in blue colour when HDD is accessed

7.2 Fan mode

With the fan mode button on the rear side you can choose between "AUTO" and "HIGH"

7.3 Fan failure alarm

If the temperature is over 30°C but the fan is stopped by any reason, the buzzer starts
to give audio alarm "beep". By pushing the LED indicator button the buzzer will stop to
"beep". After the fan failure is corrected, both the audio and LED alarm will go off.

If the temperature is above the set temperature (55°C, 60°C or 65°C), the buzzer starts
to give an audio alarm "beep", the red alarm LED in button 2 will blink. By pushing any
button the buzzer will stop the alarm.

7.4 GUI RAID setting
ON: Software setting OFF: Hardware setting (Default)

7.5 RAID setting

When GUI RAID is set OFF, select your ideal RAID mode and press the reset button for 6
seconds. RAID setting is completed.

5. Installation der Festplatten

6. Einbau in den Computer

• Nehmen Sie Ihren Computer und alle angeschlossenen Geräte von Netz

• Entfernen Sie die Gehäuseabdeckung aus dem vorhandenen 5,25" Einbauschacht

• Setzen Sie das IB-iR3521 in den 2x 5,25" Einbauschacht und befestigen diesen
mit den entsprechenden Schrauben

• Verbinden Sie das IB-iR3521 mit zwei SATA Datenkabel auf dem Mainboard

• Verbinden Sie zwei Stromkabel (15 Pin SATA oder 4 Pin Molex) mit dem Netzteil
des PCs

• Schließen Sie wieder das Computergehäuse und verbinden das Stromkabel

7. Funktionen

7.1 Stromschalter

• Drücken Sie den Power Knopf für 3 Sekunden, um den Wechselrahmen ein- oder
auszuschalten

• Sobald die HDD/SSD aus dem Wechselrahmen entnommen wird, schaltet sich
dieser automatisch ab

• Power On LED: leuchtet blau, sobald der Wechselrahmen angeschaltet ist

• Access LED: Blinkt blau bei HDD/SSD Aktivität / Datentransfer

7.2 Lüfter Modus

Mit der Lüfter-Modus-Taste auf der Rückseite können Sie zwischen "AUTO" und "HIGH" wählen.

7.3 Lüfterausfallalarm und Überhitzungsalarm

Wenn die Temperatur über 30°C erreicht oder der Lüfter aus irgendeinem Grund
gestoppt wird, beginnt der Audio-Alarm "Signalton". Durch Drücken des LED Indikators
wird der Alarmton gestoppt. Nach Korrektur des Lüfterfehlers, werden sowohl der
Audio- als auch der LED Alarm zurückgesetzt.

Wenn die Temperatur über die eingestellte Temperatur steigt (55°C, 60°C oder 65°C),
beginnt der Summer mit dem akustischen Signalton und die rote Alarm LED blinkt. Durch
Drücken irgendeiner Taste wird der Audio-Alarm gestoppt.

7.4 GUI RAID Einstellung

ON: Software Einstellung OFF: Hardware Einstellung (Standard)

7.5 RAID Einstellung

Wenn GUI RAID auf OFF gestellt ist, wählen Sie Ihren idealen RAID-Modus und drü­cken Sie die Reset-Taste für 6 Sekunden. RAID-Einstellung ist komplett.
