Introduction
Create a powerful dual video workstation with the IB-DK406-TB3. Connect
up to two DisplayPort™ displays for crisp, clear images at resolutions up to
3840x2160@60 Hz. Perfect for tight spaces, this compact dock is compatible
with Thunderbolt™ 3 Type-C™ technology and features stacked ports for a
footprint that‘s approximately half the size of typical desktop DockingStations.
You don’t have to worry about having an Ethernet port because the dock
provides a no configuration high-speed Gigabit Ethernet port and one USB
Type-A port make it easy to customize your workstation. Truly universal, the
dock connects to multiple Thunderbolt™ 3 notebooks platforms and brands.
The IB-DK406-TB3 requires no software installation for multi-display applications, Plug & Play simplifies configuration and saves time. It works for any
computer with Thunderbolt™ 3 connectivity.

System requirements
• 1x Thunderbolt™ 3 enabled Windows®/macOS® computer
• 2x DisplayPort™ enabled monitors with cabling (not included).
• Important: Your computer must support Thunderbolt™ 3 in order to
work with this adapter. While Thunderbolt™ 3 utilizes the USB Type-C™
connector, not all USB Type-C™ connectors support Thunderbolt 3™.
Please check the specifications of your computer system to confirm
which USB Type-C™ ports on your computer support Thunderbolt™ 3.
Installation
1. Connect the integrated cable of the DockingStation to a graphics source,
such as desktop or notebook PC with Thunderbolt™ 3 interface.
2. Connect DisplayPort™ output to monitor (cables not included). Maximum connection: two different types of DisplayPort™ monitors.
3. Power on PC and monitors. Select monitors to correct input source.
4. Change the display to clone or extend mode, change the output
display resolution on your computer.
It is recommended that to use the same size, type and resolution
monitors. Same type monitor means the monitors have the same native
resolution and display refresh rate.
After installation, you will see the same image on all monitors (clone
mode) or a single image spread across multiple monitors. To change
the display setting, simply change the graphic card output resolution
via the display properties page.
NOTE: Display resolution with 2 connected 4k monitors
up to 3840x2160@60 Hz /each
5. Connect a USB device and existing LAN cable to the additional ports
on the DockingStation.

Einleitung
Richten Sie sich mit der IB-DK406-TB3, die mit der Thunderbolt™ 3 Type-C™
Technologie kompatibel ist, eine leistungsstarke Dual-Video-Workstation ein
und schließen Sie bis zu zwei DisplayPort™ Displays für gestochen scharfe
Bilder mit einer Auflösung von bis zu 3840x2160 bei 60 Hz an.
Auch müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen über einen Ethernet-Anschluss machen, da
die IB-DK406-TB3 ebenfalls über einen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Gigabit-Ethernet-Anschluss und über einen USB Type-A Anschluss verfügt, sodass Sie Ihre
Workstation ganz einfach einrichten können. Das universell einsetzbare Gerät
lässt sich mit den meisten Thunderbolt™ 3 Notebooks vieler Marken verbinden.
Die kompakte DockingStation ist perfekt auch für enge Platzverhältnisse geeignet, denn sie ist etwa halb so groß ist wie herkömmliche DockingStations.
Für die IB-DK406-TB3 wird keine zusätzliche Softwareinstallation für die Nutzung benötigt. Plug & Play spart Zeit und Nerven und funktioniert an jedem
Standardrechner mit Thunderbolt™ 3 Funktionalität.

Installation
1. Verbinden Sie das Thunderbolt

3. Schalten Sie den verbundenen Rechner und die entsprechenden
Monitore an. Wählen Sie am Monitor die korrekte DisplayPort
gangsschnittstelle aus.
4. Durch das Einstellen der Anzeige im „Spiegel- oder Erweiterungsmodus”
verändert sich die Ausgabeauflösung an Ihrem Computer/Hauptbildschirm.
Es wird empfohlen Monitore der gleichen Größe, Auflösung und des
gleichen Typs zum Anschluss zu verwenden. Gleicher Typ bedeutet, dass
die Geräte die gleiche native Auflösung und Bildwiederholrate verfügen.
Nach der Installation sehen Sie das gleiche Bild auf beiden Monitoren
(Spiegelmodus) oder ein Bild über beide Monitore verteilt. Um die Anzeigeeinstellungen zu verändern, passen Sie einfach die Einstellungen
unter „Auflösung anpassen“ Ihres Betriebssystems an.
