3. Connection Setup
(Firstly, Wi-Fi antenna should be mounted on the back panel of AD200)
3.1 Using WPS Mode
WPS(Wi-Fi Protected Setup)?
Setting the security and wireless connection between Wi-Fi devices at a time ! by pushing WPS button
Entry to WPS Mode! After Wi-Fi Booting status (about 40 sec after power on) Press and hold F3 over 3 sec. (LED1/2/3 sequentially blinking with GREEN)
Connect airDAC to Wi-Fi AP(Access Point)
Entry to WPS mode
Press WPS button on your AP ! (Please check if WPS function is activated on your AP)
Check connection success (LED1 GREEN on, about 60 sec after pushing WPS button)
If the connection fails, SoftAP mode is started automatically
* Once the connection succeeds, airDAC try to connect the existing network after power on

3.2 Using SoftAP Mode
SoftAP? airDAC itself functions like an AP in SoftAP
Play through the direct connection b/w smartphone and airDAC
Support searching and connecting to nearby APs
Entry into SoftAP Mode After Wi-Fi Booting status (about 40 sec after power on) at Wi-Fi input mode Press and hold F2 over 3 sec (LED1 ORANGE on)

Audio Performance of DirectSound in Windows!

Unlike MAC, Windows DirectSound audio performance is very poor.! Playing 1kHz 44.1KHz-sampled PCM!
! On Windows DirectSound Mode! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! On ASIO or WASAPI Mode ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
As seen above FFT result by AP(Audio Precision), just playing through DirectSound! in Windows have possibility of unexpected source quality degradation. So If you want ! to prevent this, please setup ASIO or WASAPI on your system. Specific procedure to ! setup will be followed. !

ASIO Setup (Full-speed / Windows)!
ASIO? ! Using defualt DirectSound provided in Windows, sound quality is degraded within the internal re-sampling process. To prevent this, playing through the ASIO plug-in from foobar2000 you can avoid the above sound quality degradation problem.!

1. Install ASIO4ALL driver on your PC from http://www.asio4all.com/!
2. Download ASIO support Component of foobar2000! www.foobar2000.org > component > ASIO support! https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_asio! !

3. Select Mac in Setup USB Connection menu!

6. If any update is available, ‘New Firmware Found’ alert will let you know. ! (Music play will be stoped)

8. After downloading is finished, confirm firware update by selecting OK.! Firmware updating process will be started.
