You have acquired a chronograph that unites ageless design and
advanced technology in an exceptional time piece: reliable, scratchproof
and water-resistent to a depth of 30 m (98 ft), exactly as one has come
to expect from a Rado watch.

Setting the time and date
Crown positions (see diagram):
0 = Normal position (crown pressed home
against the case)
1 = Rapid date correction
(turning backwards)
2 = Correcting the time
Setting the time for time zones,
summer and winter
Wait until the thin second hand is at 60 and
pull out the crown to Position 2. The second
hand will stop moving. The watch can be adjusted to the correct time by turning the crown
backwards or forwards. Synchronise the second hand with the time signal by pushing the
crown back to position 0. The date changes at
midnight.
Setting the date (rapid correction)
Pull out the crown to Position 1 and adjust the
date by rotating the crown backwards.

Chronograph
Short times are measured in hours, minutes
and seconds.
Normal function
Make sure that the chronograph hands are at
zero. If they are not, press Button B to set the
hands to zero.
Start:
Press button A.
Stop:
Press Button A a second time.
The time measured can now be read off. In the
example, this is 3 hours, 40 minutes (note the
position of the hand on the hour-counter), 3
seconds.

Setting to zero:
Press Button B. All chronograph hands will be
set to zero.
Measuring time in Add Mode
If the chronograph hands are not reset to zero
using Button A, the duration of several events
will be added together automatically.
Make sure that the chronograph hands are set
to zero. If this is not the case, press Button B
and the hands will reset to zero
1st start:
Press Button A.
1st Stop:
Press Button A. The first time measurement
can now be read off.

2nd Start:
Press Button A again.
2nd Stop:
Press Button A. Read off the sum
second time measurements.
...and so on.
Resetting to zero:
After stop, press Button B. All chronograph
hands will reset to zero.

Comment
After operating the crown, always push it back
into Position 0. The watch is only protected
against dirt and water with the crown in this
position.
