Step 1: Selecting a Location
Select a location that is:
•
near an accessible AC outlet
•
near a telephone line jack
•
away from electrical machinery, electrical
appliances, metal walls or fi ling cabinets,
wireless intercoms, alarms, and room
monitors
•
away from other cordless phones
Step 2: Connecting the Phone Base
1. Plug one end of the modular cord into
the TEL LINE jack. Then plug the other
end into a modular phone line jack.
2. Plug the AC adapter’s barrel plug
into the DC IN 9V jack and route the
adapter’s cord through the strain relief
slot on the base. Then plug the AC
adapter into a standard AC outlet.
Step 3: Installing the
Charger
1. Insert the supplied AC adapter’s barrel
plug into the DC IN 9V jack.
2. Route the
cord through
the groove
and plug the
adapter into a
standard AC
outlet.
Step 4: Connecting and Charging the
Battery Packs
1. Remove the cover.
2. Connect the battery pack with the
correct polarity.
3. Replace the cover.
4. Place the handsets in the base or
chargers. Make sure that charge
LED illuminates.
Before using your phone, you must
charge the handsets 15-20 hours.
Step 5: Making and Receiving a Call
To Make a Call
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Press TALK/FLASH .
3. Dial the number.
To Receive a Call
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Press TALK/FLASH .
To Hang Up a Call
Press END or return
the handset to the
charging cradle.

Paso 1: Seleccionar la
Ubicación
Seleccione una ubicación que reúna estas
características:
• cerca de una toma eléctrica CA de fácil acceso
• cerca de una toma de la línea telefónica
• lejos de cualquier actividad normal en la zona
• lejos de aparatos eléctricos,
electrodomésticos, paredes
metálicas o armarios archivadores,
intercomunicadores inalámbricos,
alarmas, y monitores
• lejos de otros teléfonos inalámbricos
Paso 2: Conectar el Teléfono Base
1. Conecte un extreme del cable
modular en la entrada TEL LINE
(LÍNEA TEL). Después conecte el
otro extremo a una toma de la línea
telefónica.
2. Conecte el extremo cilíndrico del
cable del adaptador CA en la entrada
DC IN 9V (ENTRADA CC 9V) e
introduzca el cable del adaptador por
la ranura de sujeción del cable en la
base. Después conecte el adaptador
CA en cualquier toma de corriente estándar.
Paso 3: Instalar el
Cargador
1. Enchufe el conector cilíndrico del adapta-
dor CA en la toma de entrada DC IN 9V.
2. Introduzca
el cable por
la ranura y
conecte el
adaptador
en una toma
eléctrica CA.
Paso 4: Conectar y Cargar la Batería
1. Retire la tapa.
2. Conecte la batería siguiendo
las indicaciones de polaridad.
3. Vuelva a colocar la tapa.
4. Coloque el microteléfono
en la base o los cargadores.
Compruebe que el LED de
carga se ilumina.
Antes de utilizar el teléfono,
deberá cargar el microteléfono
durante 15-20 horas.
Paso 5: Hacer y Recibir Llamadas
Para Hacer una Llamada
1. Tome el microteléfono.
2. Pulse TALK/FLASH .
3. Marque el número.
Para Recibir una Llamada
1. Tome el microteléfono.
2. Pulse TALK/FLASH
Para Finalizar una Llamada
Pulse END o vuelva a
colocar el microteléfono
en el dispositivo de
carga.
