any new settings entered before timing out.

• If the seconds count is 30 or more when you
press the button, the minute advances by
one. If the seconds count is less than 30, the
minute does not change.

In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, take the prod­uct and the RadioShack sales receipt as proof of purchase date to any Ra­dioShack store. R adioShack will, at its opti on, unless otherwise pro vided
by law: (a) correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and
labor; (b) replace the product with one of the same or similar design; or (c)
refund the purchase price. All replaced parts and products, and products
on which a refund is made, become the propert y of RadioShack. New or
reconditioned parts and products may be used in the performance of war­ranty service. Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for
the remainder of the original warranty period. You will be charged for re­pair or replacement of the product made after the expiration of the war­ranty period.
This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attribut­able to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improp er or abnormal us­age, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance,
alteration, lightning or other incidence of excess voltage or current; (b) any
repairs other than those provided by a RadioShack Authorized Service Fa­cility; (c) consumables such as fuses or batteries; (d) cos metic damage;

Schedule Mode

• The maximum number of characters that can
be entered for the name or the number is 20.

• Schedule and tele-memo will share the
same data base. The memory can store up
to 100 entries, unless the names and
numbers are excessively long (names over
six characters, or numbers over 10 digits).

The symbols “[, ], +, ×, ÷ and =” cannot be

selected when inputting alpha characters.
The letters “A – Z” and symbols “/, •, =, :, +”
cannot be selected when inputting the
numeric characters of a telephone number.

• On the scheduled date, the schedule is
retrieved and displayed for about three
seconds every two hours after 12:00 AM .

Replacing the Battery

• For the best performance and longest life,
we recommended a RadioShack lithium
battery.

• To avoid data loss, complete the battery
replacement within one minute, and do not
press any button during the exchange. If the
battery is removed for longer than one
minute, or if any button is pressed during the
exchange, all datum are reset to the original
factory settings.

children. Swallowing a button-cell battery
can be fatal.

• Dispose of old batteries promptly and
properly. Do not burn or bury them.

Use only a fresh battery of the required size

The watch comes with one CR 2025 type
lithium button-cell battery for power. When
the screen looks dim or the sound becomes

1. Use a small Phillips screwdriver (not
supplied) to remove the four screws
from the watch’s back cover, then

2. Remove the plastic insulation slip, and
then use the Phillips screwdriver to
remove the two screw s from the battery
cap, then remove the cap.

3. Remove the old battery and install the
new one, positive (+) side facing up.

4. Replace the plastic insulation slip. Make
certain that the tw o sprin gs are i nserted
through the holes of the slip.

5. After securing the battery cap with its
screws, replace the cover and secure it
with its screws.
