TV
To locate your auxilia ry channe l, which is usua lly not 3 or 4, but a ga ming channel f ound betwee n 2 and 99 (exam ple 2, 1, 0, 99), firs t try 00 to
see if it is the au xiliary c hannel. Chan nels downwards f rom 3 until a Line
1 or Line 2, Video 1 o r Video 2, Front, Aux , AV, etc., appears on scree n,
then push the p ower button on th e game and it sho uld automatic ally
come on if you have se lected the co rrect chan nel. If this doe s not work,
another way to dete rmine your auxi liary cha nnel is to take a loo k at your
television re mote. There may b e a button on the re mote that may take
you directly to t he correct c hannel. The bu ttons you are lo oking for may
be labeled I nput, AUX, AV, Line, TV/ Video, or Video. If your remo te has
one of these bu ttons, turn you r television ba ck to Channel 3 and s elect
that button. T he power butto n on the game sho uld be turned on i n order
for the game to ap pear on the televi sion. If your tele vision remote d oes
not have any of these b uttons, and c hannel 00 is n ot working, you may
need to searc h the main menu fo r a way to determine you r auxiliar y
channel. If no ne of these meth ods have helped yo u locate your aux iliary
channel, you m ay need to check yo ur owner’s manual a nd/or co ntact a
local televi sion repair c ompany.
VCR
When conne cting to a VCR, you mus t first star t with a blue bac kground
showing on your te levision scr een. To obtain a blue sc reen, try in serting
a videotape i nto the VCR, let it sta rt to play, then hit the s top button. Th is
may give you a blue sc reen, then you c an channel dow n to your auxiliar y
channel. If th e blue scree n still does not a ppear, try enter ing your TV
and/or VC R main menu and s ee if it gives you opt ions to select a b lue
screen bac kground. Many tim es if you enter the m ain menu on your
television you c an change the s etting from c able to video a nd display a
blue scree n. Also if you have an o lder televisi on, you may locate a hi dden door on you r television tha t has color, pictur e, horizontal, ve rtical,
and cable, an tennae butto ns. If your televis ion include s this panel, you
can select t he antennae /cable button and see th e blue screen a ppears.
If you have tried al l of these option s and are still un successf ul connecting the conso le, then you may nee d to check your VCR owne r’s manual
or contact th e manufactur er to find out how to set up yo ur VCR for
console ga mes.
Remember, you can’ t play our games t hrough a cabl e box or satellite, so
if you own one of thes e make sure it is tur ned off befo re connectin g the
game. You can conne ct our games th rough DVD player s with the same
connectio n as a VCR.

Set Clock – I n order for the in ternal cloc k to function pro perly it is
necessa ry to set the cur rent time. The J ibbi unit has a n internal clo ck
which when se t will allow Jibbi to a sk you to come play whe n Jibbi
gets bored. T his will only ha ppen betwe en 1pm – 7pm, so don’t worry
about Jibbi wa king you up in the mi ddle of the night !

• Say Stop when the c orrect time a ppears
• Say Move Up or Move Down to cha nge the time
