POWERHOUSE™ TEN MODULE POWER RACK
The Powerhouse is a ten module rack designed to accommodate all 500 series modules.
Powered by a 1600 milliamp shared supply, the Powerhouse is well equipped to handle current
hungry tube modules. And as with all Radial power racks, the Powerhouse has extra safety
features to ensure stable and trouble-free powering. Each slot is equipped with XLR and ¼”
TRS connectors for i/o and cross patching. The feed function eliminates the need to patch
adjacent modules while the link switch enables stereo modules to be paired without having to
pull out a solder gun. Front panel LEDS monitor the +/-16V rail supply along with the 48 volt
phantom power feed. Construction is 14 gauge steel throughout for added durability and extra
shielding.

Shared power pool
The Powerhouse employs a shared power pool whereby
each module will draw a certain amount of current from
the total 1600 milliamps available. You simply add up
the specifi ed amount of current draw for each module.

Live recording with the Powerhouse
For ultra clean recording, stack up ten Radial
PowerPre mic preamps and split the signal using
the balanced XLR and TRS outputs to feed the
PA and recording system.

Adding a side-car to your system
The Powerhouse gives you plenty of space
to use it as a side-car for your recording
system or live sound setup. The compact
design makes it easy to add effects or
warmth to the signal path.
the ultimate stereo gold channel
With 10 slots, you can combine as many as 5
modules together to create the ultimate stereo
preamp. Use a Radial Powertube for 12AX7 tube
warmth, a Q3 coil EQ for the magic of old-school
induction coils, and then add effects to suit.
