CUBE™ THREE MODULE DESK-TOP POWER RACK

The Cube is a desktop power rack for 500 series modules. The unique three module design makes
it particularly cool as it enables the user to create a channel strip by combining a preamp, EQ and
compressor in a convenient package. Each channel features XLR input and output that are paralleled
to ¼” TRS connectors. This enables cross patching or parallel processing by using the XLRs as module
i/o and the TRS connectors to split the signal. Feeding one channel into the next is done using a simple
feed switch. And for stereo-ready modules, a Link switch may be engaged. The Cube comes with a
carry handle to make moving it around the studio easy. The handle may be removed to recess the Cube
into the desktop using the optional hardware kits.

Shared power pool

The Cube employs a shared power pool
whereby each module will draw a certain
amount of current from the total. The Cube has
500 milliamps available. You simply add up the
amount of draw for each module as specifi ed
by the manufacturer. This examples shows the
Cube loaded with three Radial modules.

Carry your Cube anywhere!

Attach the carry handle and the Cube becomes
a portable channel strip. Load it up with your
favourite modules and set it next to the source
to maximise signal to noise.

Angle-mount the Cube for visibility

The optional 15º angle-mount kit lets you
position the Cube into your desk top for
improved ergonomics. This puts you in easy
reach of your favourite modules at all times.

Flush-mount into your workstation

With the optional fl ush-mount kit, you can
build-in the Cube so that it fi ts fl ush into your
workstation table top surface or mount it
vertically into the meter bridge.
