無螺孔加工場合 , 找一個較平坦及適當的位置使用

If there's no fixing point, looking for a proper, plain position, using drill size 6.8, tapping with size 5/16" x 24W. Wenn kein loch fur das nahlicht vorhanden ist, suchen sie sich eine passende stelle, bohren sie dort ein loch mit einem durchmesser von 6.8 und schneiden sie ein gewinde mit einem gewindeschneider von 5/16" (Zoll) x 24W. S'il n'y a pas de trou de lampe, cherchez un emplacement convenable et percer un trou de 6.8 puis tarauder avec un taraud de 5/16" (po.) x 24W. Si no hay orificio de lampara, buscar un sitio adecuado, taladrar un orificio de 6.8 y roscar con un macho de 5/16" pulgadas x 24W.

拉布輪的動作量應比送齒稍大,但差率太多時拉布輪及布料則易磨損

The puller's feeding amount should be properly larger than feed dog's to procure even effect on sewn material. But if it is overmust, either sewn material or roller will be torn easily.

Stellen sie die Geschwindigkeit der Einzugsvorrichtung so ein, da kann den Stoff beschadigen oder fruhzeitige Abnutzung der Rollen verursachen.

Reglez le regime d'alimentation du mecanisme d'entrainement pour que le tissu ne fasse pas de faux plis. un regime trop eleve peut endommager le tissu et\ou causer l'usure prematuree du rouleau.

Ajustar el regimen de alimentacion del tirador para que la tela no se frunza. una velocidad demasiada alta puede estropear la tela y \o causar un desgaste prematuro de los rodillos.

For thin and / or slippery material, adjust space between roller and needle plate so that there will be a space between them of approximately 1 layer of material being sewn.

使用底部磨擦係數小的壓布腳，同時彈簧的壓力也要減輕。

Use as narrow a foot as possible and reduce pressure on the foot. Kleine reibung und leichte fusschenfeder. Utiliser un pied presseur aussi etroit que possible et reduire la pression sur le pied a son minimum. Menos friccion y muelle blando del prensatelas.

針板孔要小 ( 1.2mm ) 以下。

Use a needle plate with smallest possible bole of 1.2mm or less. Kleines nadelloch in der stichplatte ( weniger als 1.2mm ). Utiliser une plaque d'aiguille avec le plus petit trou possible ( 1.2mm ou moins ). Agujero del placa agujas pequeno ( menos 1.2mm ).

使用小齒距的送齒 ( P=0.66 ) 同時凸出針板的高度也不可太高約 0.6mm

Use feed dog with a pitch of 0.66mm or less. Reduce height of feed dog as much as possible. Feine transporteurverzahnung ( P=0.66 ) geringe transporteurhohe. Utiliser des griffes d'entrainement avec un ecart maximal de 0.66mm entre les pointes. De plus, abaisser les griffes le plus possible. Dientes del arrastre como mas finos posibles ( P=0.66 ) tambien la arrastre debe estar cuanto mas bajo mejoh.

RECOMMANDATION SUGESTIONES

上下線在不妨礙美觀下儘量放鬆。

Reduce upper & lower thread tension as much as possible. Geringe fadenspannung. Reduire la tension des fils superieur et inferieur autant que possible. Hilo flojo de tension; cuanto mas, mejor.

減慢定速縫製為佳，避免高低速縫製。

Keep sewing speed slow & steady. Gleichmassig nahen bei geringer drehzahl. Maintenir la vitesse de couture basse et stable. Para una velocidad de cosido constante y mas lenta.

Para el cuidado de la transmision, haga el favor de seguir la instrucciones sobre la transmision.

1.Mala posicion de la transmision y del eic de la maguina.

2.Aflojamiento de los tornillos del perno y del engrane de la correa de sincronizacion.

3.Correa de sincronizacion flojo.

1.Rodillo presionado por la maquina de coser

2.RPM del rodillo demasiado rapida (El rodillo tiene un desgaste natural. cambiar segun la necesidad)

1.Hilo enganchado sobre el eje de entrada o de salida de la transmision.

2.Junta de estanquidad del aceite gastada.

3.Perdida del tornillo del orificio interior del aceite.

1.Distancia para activar el interruptor de pespunte o del alzador angular demasiado corta. El espacio libre del microinterruptor es demasiado pequeno para la palanca de inversion o para el accionamiento del alzador angular.
