● These i nstructions are provided for your saf ety. It is very i mportant that they are re ad compl etely before the
installation of your fixture. We strongly recommend that a professional electrician install the fixture.
● Disc onnect fixture from the power source b efore replacing the bulb(s), m aking sure the bulb(s) ha d sufficie nt
time to cool down. DO NOT subject the lamp to any shock while lit as shattering of lamp may result.
PREPARATION
● Before beginning installati on of product, make sure al l pa rts are present. Com pare parts w ith pa ckage
contents list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or
operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement part.

STEP 1:
a Remove the Hex Coupling from the center of the
.
Fixture Body.
b. Unfold the Support Arms and then locate the Bolts
on the top end of the arms through the Mounting
Holes on the side of the Fixture Body.
c. Thread Lock Balls onto Bolts and hand tighten until
snug to secure SupportArms.
d. Thread Hex Coupling back into the center of the
Fixture Body and tighten until snug.
STEP 2:
a Thread the Nipple into the Hex Coupling in the
.
center of the Fixture Body Tighten until snug
b. Place the Cover and the Support Part over the
top end of the Nipple Secure them by threading
Fixture Loop onto the Nipple Hand tighten until
snug
