Important Safety Instructions
Failure to follow these safety instructions can lead to a re, electrical shock, personal injury, property damage and/or damage to the product. Be sure to read the entire user manual before charging your device for the rst time.
• Do not use charger for any other reason than its intended use
• Keep the charger away from heat sources and direct sunlight
• Do not expose the charger to extremely high or low temperatures
• Use the product in a location where the temperature is 32°F – 95°F (0°C – 35°C)

• Do not let the charger come in contact with water or any other liquid
• If the unit becomes wet, immediately unplug it from the power source
• Do not handle the charger, USB cable or wall charger with wet hands
• Do not let dust or debris accumulate on the charger
• Do not use the charger if it has been dropped or damaged in any way
• Repairs to the electrical equipment should only be performed by a qualied electrician and improper repairs may put the user at serious risk
• If you have an electrical device, such as a pacemaker, please consult a physician before using the PowerBASE
• Do not place magnetic cards or similar items near

• Use the specied power source and voltage at all times
• Do not use a voltage converter/travel adapter
• Make sure the wall charger is inserted all the way into the electrical outlet
• Place the unit on a sturdy, at surface when using
• Keep the wireless charger out of reach of children
Cleaning Your PowerBASE
If the charger needs to be cleaned, wipe it using a soft, dry cloth. Never use any abrasive cleaning agents. Periodically wipe off any accumulated dust.

Charging Your Device
Note: Make sure your device is Qi-compatible. If you are using a metal case on your device please remove case prior to charging. Also, if you are having issues charging your device, please remove your case.
1. Plug one end of the Micro USB cable into the wall
charger and the other end into the PowerBASE. Place the PowerBASE on a sturdy, at surface such as a desk or table.

2. Place your device directly onto the PowerBASE. Please
refer to the diagrams below on the proper placement.
– When the charger is plugged in the LED light will
turn Blue
– The LED light will turn Green once it is ready to
charge your device
– The LED light will pulse Blue when it is charging

3. The charging time will depend on the type of device
you have. Your device will display charging process when charging.
4. When charging is complete, the LED Indicator will turn
off. Remove your device from the charger at this time.

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular

If this charger does cause interference to a radio or television reception (which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on), the user is encouraged to try to correct the interface by one or more of the following measures: – Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna – Increase the distance between the charger and
the receiver
– Connect the charger to an outlet different from where
the receiver is connected
– Consult a dealer and/or an experienced technician
for help

Return Policy
Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. warrants this product as free of defects in material, design and workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser. If during the period of warranty this product proves defective under normal use and service, you should rst return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased. If that route is unsuccessful, follow the instructions below.
The liability of Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. and its appointed repair company is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. Products sent for warranty service must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt, the original box, materials and accessories. All cost associated with the return of the product under warranty are the responsibility of the original purchaser. A $4.95 Shipping and Handling Fee will apply in order for Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. to ship out a new/refurbished product to customer. Alpha Comm Enterprises, Inc. will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.

One Year Limited Warranty
All Quikcell products come with a warranty effective one year starting on the date of the original purchase. This warranty covers all mechanical and electrical problems, except those arising from abuse or tampering. Return the defective accessory with proof of purchase to the retail store where purchased for exchange or contact Alpha Comm at 1-888-951-0909 or warranty@alphacomm.com.
