service number. Before calling, please note the model, type and serial
number and fill in that information below. These numbers can be found on the
back of the air purifier. This information will help us answer your question
more quickly.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Quantum Pure Aire Corporation warrants this air purifier to be free of defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
If the unit is damaged in shipping or fails in operation, notify us immediately.
Call 1-800-966-5575 the Customer Service Department.

If your unit is within the warranty period, it will be repaired at no cost to you.

Only Quantum Pure Aire Customer Service can issue a Return Authorization Number
(RA#) for repair. NO returns will be accepted without a RA#. After obtaining a RA#,
forward the unit and the AC adapter prepaid to the address below. It is recommended
that the RA# be prominently placed on the outside of the shipping carton. Failure to
follow these steps may lead to unnecessary delay and expense in processing your request.

If the unit is beyond the warranty period, we will repair, retrofit or otherwise return the
unit to an operational state. You will be given the cost of the repairs prior to your
returning it to us. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE PREPAID.

All warranty benefits are void if the unit is, (a) operated contrary to the operating
manual; (b) serviced by an unauthorized agent; or (c) misused or abused.
This warranty is NOT TRANSFERABLE unless authorized by the factory.
No agent or reseller is authorized to warranty or repair this product.

PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

In order to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock, personal inju­ry or damage to property, follow these instructions
carefully. When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should be observed, including the following:

1. Read all instructions before using this air purifier.
Save these instructions for reference.

2. Do not immerse this product in water. An electrical
short may result in shock or fire.

3. Do not handle the plug with wet hands; electrical
shock may occur, resulting in injury or death.

4. Never attempt to disassemble or alter the product
in any way not instructed by this manual. Shock, fire
or bodily injury may occur. Contact Quantum Pure
Aire Corp. at 1-800-966-5575 for assistance.

5. Do not operate this product near an open flame. It
may ignite and cause a fire, resulting in bodily injury
or property damage.

6. Do not insert foreign objects into the product for any
reason. Bodily injury or property damage may occur.

7. Do not use this product outdoors. It is intended for
indoor use only.

Return Policy

Returned units will not be accepted without a RA (Return Authorization)

number issued by the Customer Service Dept. or Sales Dept. Units
must be returned within thirty (30) days of date received. All returned
merchandise must be in excellent condition or a fee will be assessed.
Freight charges are non-refundable on any returned or refused delivery.
Refunds will be issued approximately ten (10) days after unit is received
in our facility.
Failure to follow these steps may lead to unnecessary delay and
expense in processing your request.
