KD433 Programming Instructions

Before you can use your transmitter, you must first set the security code so that it matches your existing
transmitters. To do this you will need to have one of your existing transmitters available.

1. Remove the screw located at the bottom of your existing transmitter and lift off the TOP half of the

transmitter case, put the transmitter to one side, now remove the screw and case from the new
transmitter.

2. Locate the row of 8 switches on your new transmitter and using the tip of a ball point pen adjust

their position so they match your existing transmitter. Note that each individual switch can be set
to one of three positions TOP (+), MIDDLE (0), or BOTTOM (-).

3. Check that you have set the switches correctly and replace the transmitter case and screw. Your

transmitter is now ready to use.
