RF910218R02. And this compliance is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference and,
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause

undesired operation.

This declaration can be a separate sheet and be sure that the following message will be also included in
this declaration:

1) Product name, model name and trade name.

2) Company name, and address of the one who is responsible for this declaration.

3) Name, title, telephone and fax number as well as the signature of the contact person.
