Ladder Assist
Model # 15104
1) Read and fully understand the instructions before use.
2) Attach the Ladder Assist to your permanent ladder. Make sure the
Ladder Assist is positioned to one side of the ladder, not in the middle. Do
not place the Ladder Assist in such a manner that it does not impede your
movement up the ladder.
3) Tighten the four adjustment screws rmly so that the Ladder Assist sits
rmly on the Ladder.
4) Raise the ladder post to it’s full upright and locked position and that
your access to the roof is unobstructed.
5) To Lower the Ladder Assist, raise the release handle at the bottom of the
Ladder Assist and lower the Ladder Assist so your access point will completely close.
WARNING!
The Ladder Assist is not meant for use as fall protection. Never tie o to any
component of the Ladder Assist. Make sure that the Ladder Assist is securely
mounted to your ladder prior to use. Inspect the Ladder assist before each
use. Make sure that the spring mechanism is functional and that no fasteners
are missing. Check the unit for corrosion, rust or any deformation. If an
unsafe operational condition exists, remove this product from service and
discard or contact Guardian Fall Protection for further assistance.
