2.Gene ral instruct ion
On the basis o f all our former mo dels of bankn ote counter, we d esigned and devel oped this new mo del. It concen trates on all th e advantag es which the for mer models of bankno te counter ado pts and meanw hile develo ps more other advant ages of its own kin d This mode l counts at a rate of 10 50pcs/mi n for both PAPER&P OLYMER notes. It in cludes UV/ MG/MT count erfeit dete ction func tion; ADD and BATCH funct ion. Detect co unterfei t banknotes d uring the coun ting proce dure will sav e your time an d money durin g your manage ment accoun ting opera tions. It can be used in b anks, shops , supermark ets, movie th eaters, hot els, restau rants; etc. wh ere the money is u sed. . We recomm end the user to ver ify the gift box co ntains all of t he items listed he re:

Connec t the power cor d to the machin e (power out let), then p lug it to power so urce and turn t he switch on; t he unit will co nduct a self -check by spann ing the feedi ng roller wh ile the MG and/ or UV/IR fun ctions wil l be autom atically t urned on by def ault. The cou nting dis play will sho w0 when the un it is ready <th e machine is i n its normal wo rking cond ition>.
1>Coun ting Funct ion
-Once th e bills are cor rectly pla ced in the hopp er, the machin e will start counti ng automat ically (ex cept in the man ual count ing mode). Th e number o f counted bil ls will be show n on the count ing displa y. Moreover, once the bi lls are remo ved from the st acker, the cou nting disp lay will be clear an d the batch dis play in turn wi ll show the num ber of count ed bills

6.Coun terfeit Dete ction

-Bills s hould be corr ectly plac ed as indica ted in the foll owing step s: Place th e bills betwe en the count ing guides a s shown in the fig ure 1, then pus h the bills bac kward to make t hem lay on the to p of the hopper plate, i n the correct c ounting po sition as sho wn in the figu re 2.

3>Bat ch Funct ion
--The p reset ba tch func tion can be p erform ed by pres sing the“B ATCH” butto n (the BATCH i ndicat or will ap pear). By d efault , when pre ssing the“BATCH”b utton, t he batch f unctio n is turn on. T he batch n umber can be se t in amount s betwee n 1and 999 b y pressin g No.“+”&“-” butto n. To clear thi s functi on, pres s the “BATCH ”butto n until th e indic ator is of f.
--Und er the bat ch count ing mode , once the ho pper is lo aded, th e machi ne will st art coun ting and st op when th e counte d quanti ty reach es the pre set batc h one.
--To repe at the bat ch count ing opera tion und er the sam e preset b atch quant ity, just re move the c ounted b ill from th e stacke r. The unit w ill batch t he next gro up of bill s under th e same sett ings.
--If yo u wish to kee p batchi ng witho ut remov ing the pr eset num ber, press t heRESETb utton.
--If th e counte d number d oes not equ al with th e preset b atch numb er, the cou nter dis play wil l show the qu antity w ith blin king num ber.
--Whe n counti ng with MG a nd/or UV de tectio n on, the ma chine wi ll stop au tomati cally wh en detec ting coun terfei t curren cy. This fun ction can be re sumed by re moving t he dubio us bill fr om the stac ker and press ingRESE Tbutton .
2>Add ition Fu nction
Addit ion func tion can b e perfor med by pres sing theA DD butto n (the ADD i ndicat or will ap pear). I n this case , removi ng the cou nted bills f rom the st ack will no t clear th e quanti ty count ed and show n on the cou nting di splay. 7.Fake m oney alarm
Fake money or questionable money
When fake money pa ss the machine, the counting wil l stop and alarm. The funct ion display will sh ow the error code. The last note on the stacke r normally is the fake money. The machine co unting quantit y number is not incl uded in this note. remov e the fake money. PressR ESETbutton, the machine wil l start counting aga in.
8.Erro r code and solut ion
The batch di splay may show s ome error code w hen counting , which mean s there are some p roblems with t he machine. Refer to the f ollowing dia gram to find way t o solve it.
Remove the s uspicious bi ll on the stacker, pre ss RESETto continue ; Lower the UV s ensitivity.

--When imp roper feedin g of bills occur, adjus t the feeding thic kness setting in the ho pper by turning th e adjustor scre w located in the back of the machine to en sure proper fee ding.

Steps:
1. Loosen the pr otector scre w (using a screwdr iver) as shown in fig ure 1
2.Turning cloc kwise the adjus tor screw to tight en the feeding hop per, shown in figure 2.
3.Turning coun ter clockwis e the adjustor scr ew to loosen the feed ing hopper, shown in fi gure 3.
4.After adj usting the corr ect level and coun ting performa nce is normal, tig hten the protec tor screw (usin g a screwdriver) , shown in figure 4.
When adjus ting the bill thic kness adjusto r screw does not solv e the problem of impr oper bill feeding , you may need furthe r help by.authori zed service cen ter.
Hand-ho ld a note. Put it inside th e counting roll er and resistant ru bber. (see the pictu re). To test the tensi le force. Clock wise directio n is tighten, coun ter-clock wise directio n is loosing.

When the co unting rol ler damage d, it will cau se countin g not fluentl y or correc t. Open the top c over, loosin g the screw of ro ller axis ma chine. Replac ed old rolle r. Then fix the mac hine insi de.
11.Maint enance
-Do not ope rate the uni t in areas with hi gh temper ature or high h umidity since it ma y damage the ma chine.
-When no t using the uni t for a long perio d of time, rem ove the power p lug from the wa ll outlet.
-Never o perate the un it under str ong light.
-Clean t he machine fr equentl y after switc hing off and u npluggin g of the machin e.
-Do not use t his produc t in areas wher e it may be expos ed to water or other liq uids.
-Unplu g this produ ct from the wal l outlet bef ore cleani ng. Do not use liquid cl eaners or ae rosol clea ner. Use a brush o r a damp cloth for cleani ng.
