PRECAUTIONS

• Ensure correct polarity of cells used.
Insert the batteries correctly by aligning the
(-) marks on the batteries with the spring in
the back cover.
LED Light

• Use new batteries/cells whenever possible.
• When the megaphone is not in use for a long
period, remove the dry cells and replace them.
Drained cells or rechargeable batteries may
result in insucient sound volume.

Battery Insertion
1. Access the Battery Compartment: Unfasten the clip located near
the top, back-side of the unit. This will release the lid to reveal the
battery compartment.
2. Insert Batteries: Insert 8 x Type-C (UM-2) batteries into the battery
compartment, ensuring that the correct polarity is observed.
Follow the positive (+) and negative (-) markings inside the battery
case for proper placement.
3. Close the Battery Compartment: Close the cover and fasten the clip
until locked.
Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly, observing the correct polarity.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/O & Selecting PA Mode:
• Slide the PA Mode Selector Switch located on the side of the
megaphone to choose the desired mode.
• Available modes:
• Siren: Activates a continuous alarm siren.
• Talk: Allows for voice amplication through the microphone.
• O: Powers o the megaphone.
2. Using the Talk Mode:
• In Talk mode, speak into the microphone mouthpiece while
pressing the Press-to-Talk button on the detachable handheld
dierential microphone.
• Alternatively, you can use the PA Talk Trigger Switch located
on the megaphone’s handheld pistol grip for hands-on
operation.
• Note: The handheld mic also features an adjustable volume
control slider for convenient volume adjustments.
3. Siren Mode:
• When the Siren mode is selected, the megaphone will emit a continuous alarm siren.
• Switch to another mode (Talk or O) to stop the siren.
4. Powering O: To turn o the megaphone, slide the PA Mode Selector Switch to the O position.
