Usage Notice

LCD monitor

To avoid t he d amage of the LCD moni tor and risk of elect ro nic
shock, do not per meate the LCD monit or w ith water or any
drink.
When this happe ns, turn off th e po wer, unplug the power co rd
and send the LCD mo nitor to your local dea ler or our service
cen-ter as soon a s possible.
Use a regular pow er specification of D C 12V . Do not use an y
other power sup ply differe nt f rom the regularit y.
Do not place obje cts on or suspend them wi th the power cord.
This will make th e power cord damage d.
Do not assemble o r twist the power cord ar bitrarily. And do not
put it together w ith heated object .
Do not try to repai r the power cord when it is d amaged or
broken, chang e a new one immediate ly.
Avoi d an y metal objects or in fl ammable droppin g in to the LCD
monitor from ve ntilation slots .
Do not attempt to o pen or disassemble th e LCD monitor
yourself as thi s may cause electro ni c shock.
When there is smi le or peculiar smel l in u se, unplug the powe r
cord immediat ely and send it to your l oc al dealer or our serv ic e
center.
When there is dam age or breach on the LC D mo nitor casing,
send it to your loc al dealer or our servic e center.
Do not use this LCD m onitor in the areas s us ceptible to
excessive dus t, dirt, and humid.
Do not setup the LC D monitor in direct sun light, extremel y
hot, and cold env ironment.
Do not expose the L CD monitor to rain or moi sture.

Installation

Where to Install

Before i ns ta ll ing this unit, please check you r lo ca l traffi c
rules an d re gu la tions. Follow the diagram bel ow t o in stall
this uni t in a s ui ta ble position in your car.

Do not install this unit where:

▓ It will ob st ru ct t he driver's view when the monit or i s in e it her

open or cl os e po si tion.

▓ It will ob st ru ct t he operation of the airbag syst em .
▓ It will ob st ru ct t he operation of the vehicle, es pe ci al ly the

steeri ng w he el , shift lever, or brake pedal.

▓ A driver or passengers may inj ur e th emselves while getting

into or ou t of t he c ar.

Installation your Monitor

Take car e to s elect a suitable fi tting location an d se curing method for
the monitor:
*The unit shoul d not distract or obstr uct the driver.
*The installa tion should not inh ib it the entry to, or the e xi t from the
vehicle.
*The unit shoul d not interfere wit h ot her vehicle compo ne nts e,g
(sliding sunr oo f).
*Make sure the un it is installed to a se cu re, robust mounti ng l ocation
and cannot beco me dislodged in the e ve nt of an emerge ncy stop.
*Do not support t he unit using only the ve hicle interior ro of l ining.
*If driving is re quired, take care n ot t o penetrate throu gh t he other
sheet metal of th e vehicle.
*Avo id p rolonged use of the m on itor when the engin e is n ot running
to prevent drai ning the vehicle ba tt ery.
*Place the moun ting metal plate wi th t he nuts facing upwa rd , then,
mount the monit or by screws included

the screen enga ges with the releas e bu tton.

1. There are three function buttons for the Dome lamps operation: OFF,
DOOR, and ON. (Refer to the following figure)
A. OFF: To turn off the lamps.
B. DOOR: To make the lamps turned on

only when car doors are
opened.
C. ON: To turn on the lamps.

To operate DVD by press in g th e bu ttons on up panel:

1. POWER: Press "PO WE R" O N, i nsert the disc with pri nt ed s ide

2. EJECT: Press"E JE CT " to e ject the disc.

3. PLAY/ PAUSE: Press " PAUSE" to stop playing t em po rary, press it
again to resume pla yb ac k.

4. STOP: Pr es s "S TOP" to stop th e un it p la yback.
When press "PLAY", it will resu me p la yb ack to the last scene
you were watching . If y ou p re ss "STOP" twi ce , it w ill stop
playback and reve rt t o th e in itial Track/Chapte r.

system . On t he r ig ht angle demonstrated final ly s ee ks t he
channe l, 4 se co nds later, it will go back to the TV mode, and

progra m se ar ch ing. Press SETUP again, you can cancel Main

the syst em , th en s et the signal as antenna or the coa xi al o f th e
CATV, AUTO FU LL SCAN. When it is OK, pr es s "SE TU P" t o
return o r au to r et urn by tuner to TV picture, then you may
enjoy th e TV program.

Menu.

parame te r wi ll b e set up when items changed. And the r es ul t be
shown im me di at ely.
Press 'SETUP' b ac k to M ai n Menu. Press ' SETUP' again,
you can ca nc el M ai n Menu, or Main Menu will be cancel ed
automa ti ca ll y 30 seconds later.

System n ee ds t o be s et up again. Firstly press MENU t o en te r
Main Men u. M ov e cu rsor to TV S YS TEM by the press-key / ,
and then p re ss E NT ER to enter Sub-Menu.
Second ly s el ec t AUDIO SYSTEM by / . The ite ms ( B/ G- I/D/K
PAL; L-BG-D/K SECAM) ca n be c ha ng ed by / . Th e updated
parame te r wi ll b e set up when items changed. And the r es ul t
will be sh ow n im me diately or move the cursor dire ct ly t o th e
choice o f ne xt p ro cedure.
