1. RCA (Low Level Input): The unit is equipped with RCA input jacks. Connect the RCA input with the car stereo or equalizer outputs using RCA type connector cables.
2. Input Gain Control: These are not your amplier's volume controls. They are a sophisticated device to be utilized when matching the input signal of your head unit or equalizer to the amplier.
3. Bridging Capability: The amplier can be bridged to a high-power single channel unit. Ensure that you have a speaker or series of speakers connected to the bridged setup capable of handling at least 200 Watts of RMS power.
4. Speaker Connectors (High level Input): This unit is equipped with terminal inputs. Connect the terminals to a standard car stereo output system, whether it's a common ground or oating ground type originally outputting to speakers. Connect the speaker wires of the car stereo to the "L-" (Left) and "R-" (Right) terminals, respectively. If the car stereo has only three wires, connect the "COMMON" wire to both "L" and "R" inputs of the amplier.
5. Power Supply Terminal: Connect the +12V DC power supply to the terminal using lugs and screws accessible at the panel of this amplier.
BATT +12V: Connect the +12V DC power supply wire to the terminal from the terminal of the fuse at the battery. (Fuse preferably installed within 1 foot from the battery).
GROUND: Connect the ground wire to the chassis of the automobile, boat, or other vehicle at the ground terminal.
REMOTE: Connect the control wire, which provides remote turn-on and power o, to the remote terminal.
6. Power on LED: When the amplier is properly grounded, has a proper power supply, and is receiving its remote power signal, the green LED will light up, indicating that the power conditions are correct.

9. Speaker Terminals: The speaker terminals are silver-plated for high
conductivity and minimal impedance loss. Ensure that you strip just enough
insulation o your speaker wires to t under the screw plate, preventing
speaker wire short circuits.
The amplier can support an impedance load as low as 2 ohms per channel
or 4 ohms in bridged mode. However, using a 4-ohm stereo load and an
8-ohm bridge load will signicantly increase the life expectancy of the
amplier.
10. Crossover Frequency Unit: This feature allows you to adjust the crossover
frequency for both channels within the range of 40-450 Hz.
11. Crossover ON/OFF Switch: This feature provides the option to operate the

PLMRA amp models.
Mono Input Connection - RCA Type
For Mono Input Connection in the Elite Series Amps, some models allow easy
bridging for mono operation by feeding the same signal to both LEFT and
RIGHT Input terminals. To achieve this, use a Y-adaptor to connect your car stereo
output to both input terminals.
Speaker Connection - Stereo Amp System
Connect the output terminals to the corresponding LEFT and RIGHT Speakers.

Page 10
Speaker Connection - Mono Amp System:
Select Elite Series Amps can be bridged from a 2-channel amplier to a onechannel amplier. The ideal speaker impedance for optimum operation is 4 ohms. The amplier will provide stable operation within the range of 2 to 8 ohms loads. The minimum recommended speaker load is 2 ohms for each channel in normal operation. When operating in the bridged mode, the minimum recommended speaker load is 4 ohms for each bridged channel. Operating the amplier below this impedance load can cause damage to both the amplier and your speakers, voiding your warranty.
In bridged mode on the Elite Series Amps, the speaker negative terminals on the amplier are not used. Bridging involves using multiple channels of an amplier to drive a common load, meaning you use more than one source of power to drive a speaker. In this conguration, the negative terminals for each channel are not utilized.
Users should avoid setting the gain to maximum automatically, as it can increase the risk of damaging the amplier. Properly matching the signals is crucial. High signal levels coming into the amplier can make the system sensitive to noise conditions. Follow the instructions in the manual to match the system levels correctly and prevent issues.

Your amp comes with all required mounting hardware. When determining a suitable location in your vehicle for the amp, please remember that this is a high-power electronic device that is capable of generating high temperatures.
Mounting
Always choose a mounting location that will be least susceptible to vibration, provides adequate ventilation, and is free of dust and moisture. Ensure the amp is mounted in a way that allows for reasonable airow around the unit. To mark the location for the mounting screw holes, position the amp in the desired location. The heatsink of the amp will have notches on its outer edges for fastening. Use a scribe or one of the mounting screws to mark the mounting surface. If the surface is carpeted, measure the hole centers and mark with a felt tip pen. Before drilling the mounting holes and securing the amp, check for any wires, lines, or other devices behind the mounting surface. Ensure you do not interfere with the vehicle's safety features, wiring, or electrical systems. Drill pilot holes in the mounting surface for the mounting screws and tighten them securely.
When making electrical connections with your amplier and vehicle battery, it's important to take precautions or seek the assistance of a professional installer. Use the proper gauge wire for power and ground connections. Wire the amplier directly to the car battery. For the ground connection, use the shortest possible wire to connect to a secure chassis ground. Wire the remote connection to the auto start lead of your head unit, equalizer, or power antenna.
Circuitry Protection
The ampliers come with built-in fuse systems and circuitry protection to safeguard both the ampliers and your vehicle's electrical systems. If you ever need to replace the fuse or suspect a fault in your system, please contact Pyle technical support or consult a trained professional. When replacing fuses, ensure to use ONLY a fuse of the exact same type and rating to avoid damage or re.
