Make sure you have an Internet connection
using an Ethernet cable.

To use SmartVP, an open HDMI port on
your TV is required.

Because SmartVP uses HD video, a minimum
of 512 kbps of upstream/downstream speed is
required. SmartVP will adjust to lower speeds,
but the higher the connection, the better.
