In response to the growing demand for even lower radiators Purmo has now also developed the plinth radiator Parada at a height of 200 mm.
• The plinth radiators are manufactured from cold rolled, top quality sheet steel 1,25 mm thick according to EN 10130. Construction: EN 442-1.
• The plinth radiator is available in the following 2 variations:
- with at front panel: single-sided (Parada type)
- with at front panel: double-sided (Parada D type)
All models are available in types 22, 33 and 44.
• All Parada plinth radiators have a 33 mm vertical proling.
• Test pressure: 13 bar.
• Working pressure: 10 bar.
• Operating temperature: max 120°C.
• Accessories supplied and included in the price: 1 valve body, 3 blind stops, 1 airvent and 1 plastic cap.
• Standing brackets are also available. Standing brackets are built-in or on the surface of the oor mounted.
• Note: both the wall and standing brackets have to be ordered separately.
• Connections: 6 connections of which 4 x G ½” on the side and 2 x G ½” at the bottom – 50 mm.
• Colours: standard colour is RAL 9016. Other RAL-colours and metallic colours are available.
Heat outputs
Heat outputs are measured according to standard EN 442, with a water temperature of 75/65°C and room temperature of 20°C.
Coating process
The radiators are coated in a modern facility, specially designed to protect the environment.
Pre-treatment
The pre-treatment consists of degreasing the radiators (removal of grease and oil) and phosphating. In combination with the base coat, the phosphate layer provides excellent rust protection. After pre-treatment, the radiators are rinsed in deionised water.
Coating
This procedure consists of 2 phases. First and foremost the radiators are coated cataphoretically with a corrosion resistant base layer via submersion in a KTL-bath. The radiators are then baked in a hot air oven at +/- 175°C. Finally the powdered epoxy-polyester layer is applied, this one is resistant to shocks, normal humidity and the majority of acids, in accordance with standards DIN 55900 and EN 442.
Packaging
The radiators are protected on 2 sides by cardboard, including corner protectors. The whole is packed in shrink-wrapping.
Guarantee
Purmo gives a 10 year quality guarantee on the entire range of radiators and underoor heating!
