APPLICATIONS & USES OF IONIZED WATER

ALKALINE WATER:

Drinking alkaline water

Useful in improving the constitution, and regulates physical condition. Unlike
tap water, you can drink large quantities of alkaline water without the risk of
stomach upset.

a. Unusual gastrointestinal fermentation: drinking alkaline water on an empty

stomach is effective.
b. Constipation and stiff shoulders: drinking before meals is effective.
c. Diarrhea: increase the amount, depending on the symptoms.
d. High or low blood pressure: drinking on an empty stomach or one hour

before eating is effective.
e. Diabetes: drinking three cups or more if alkaline water on an empty

stomach is effective.

Alkaline water in processed beverages

Comparing to conventional methods of preparation, the use of ground coffee,
tea, and juices are greatly economized and enhanced.

a. Tea: makes the color of the tea vivid, lessens it's astringency, and makes

it mellow and delicious.
b. Coffee: you can use less coffee grounds and still have the same flavor

and strength.
c. Alcohol and water: imparts a mellow and delicious taste and prevents the

negative physical reactions associated with drinking alcoholic beverages.

Cooking with alkaline water

Brings out the real taste of the food, resulting in sufficient flavor even when
the amount of seasoning is reduced by as much as 1/3 from the amount
used in conventional method of preparation.

a. Cooked food: the flavor of the food is brought out well. And the food is

tender. The taste comes out fully even with less seasoning.
b. Cooked fish: the meat of the fish is firm and the shape is maintained.
c. Steeping, washing, and parboiling green vegetables: the green color is

brought out because of the chlorophyll does not change, giving the

prepared vegetables vivid color.
d. Removes harsh taste from vegetables.
e. Removal of blood from liver and red meat: when liver or red meat are

steeped in alkaline water for 20-30 minutes, the blood is drawn out and

odors are eliminated.
f. Cooking beans: the beans only need to be steeped in water for a short

time before cooking.
g. Cooking water for rice: helps prevent spoilage.

Beauty and cosmetic effects of acidic water

Since acidic water has an astringent effect and a constricting action, it will
tighten and smooth the skin when it is used for face washing and bathing.
Acidic water is also effective in the treatment and prevention of pimples and
skin spots, ect.

a. Washing the face: acidic water makes the skin smooth, improves its

health and improves its compatibility with makeup.

b. Shampooing: when used to wash the hair before and after shampooing, it

Home remedies of acidic water

Due to its slight disinfecting and sterilizing action, acidic water has disinfecting,
sterilizing and analgesic effects on skin wounds. Also kills bad breath..

a. Gargling water: prevents infection by germs including the microbes that cause

colds and tonsillitis.
b. Burns: alleviates the pain of burns and hastens recovery.
c. Chapped hands: prevents chapped hands, and accelerates recovery from

chapping.
d. Sunburn: relieves inflammation and accelerates recovery.
e. Abrasions and cuts: exhibits a disinfection and styptic action, and accelerates

recovery.
f. Bruises and sprains: accelerates recovery when applied.
g. Eczema and skin problems: accelerates recovery when applied directly.

Cooking with acidic water

Due to its shrinking (constrictive) effect, acidic water can be employed in a wide
range of cooking uses.

a. Washing and processing of fruits and vegetables containing anthocyanin (red

coloring): cherries, plums, grapes, strawberries, red cabbage, egg plants, soy

beans, and asparagus, are prepared with a natural appearance.
b. Boiled eggs: even when the eggs crack, the contents stay inside, and shell is

easy to peel. The yolk will stay in the center of the egg.
c. Rinsing fish: tightens the meat of some fish.

Other uses of acidic water

Due to its bleaching action, acidic water is also effective as a bleaching agent.
a. House cleaning: dirt and grime are removed.
b. Polishing: effectively cleans mirrors eyeglasses, glass and knives.
c. Washing vehicles: dirt is removed from automobiles, bicycles, and motorcycles.

e. Cutting board: can be cleaned and washed quickly.
f. Pots and pans with baked food: when soaked in acidic water overnight, stains

g. Dishcloth: fungal and bacterial growth is stopped, preventing bad smells.
h. Odors that remain in the hands after cooking: sliminess and fish odors on the

hands are removed and itching is eliminated.
