1. INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of the PureLink WHD030-V2! Replace your HDMI cable wirelessly and locate your HDTV
or projector wherever you want in the same room. No need to worry about the location of your HD equipment. Perfect if
you would rather not see cables running across the walls or if you do not want to (or cannot) drill holes and lay cables.
Suitable for all HDMI equipment, such as Blu-ray®, HD set-top box or Laptop.
PureLink products are manufactured with the utmost precision and are top quality. Please read this manual carefully and
follow the instructions in order to get the very best from this product.
2. INTENDED USE
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be
avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product for
purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can cause hazards
such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc.
Read the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating
instructions.

Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information. If you do not follow the safety
instructions and information on proper handling in this manual, we assume no liability for any resulting personal injury
or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous playing material for children.
Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity, moisture, flammable gases,
vapors and solvents.
Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it from any accidental use. Safe
operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
· is visibly damaged,
· is no longer working properly,
· has been stored for an extended period in poor ambient conditions or
· has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage the product.
Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected to the product.
Consult an expert when in doubt about the operation, safety or connection of the device.
Make sure to observe the polarity and magnitude of the output voltage. Incorrect polarity or excessive voltage input
leads to the destruction of the connected electrical appliance.
Sufficient ventilation is essential when operating the product. Do not cover the product. Never place the product on a
table cloth or on a carpet! Place it on a hard, flame resistant base.

The product should not be used immediately after it has been brought from an area of cold temperature to an area
of warm temperature. Condensed water might destroy the product. Wait until the product adapts to the new ambient
temperature before use.
Make sure that the output of the power adapter is not short-circuited.

6. INSTALLATION
6.1 THE PURELINK WHD030-V2 TRANSMITTER (TX)
1. Connect your WHD030-V2 transmitter to your HD device (HDMI OUT) or laptop (HDMI OUT).
2. Connect the power adapter to the USB port on the WHD030-V2 transmitter and to a socket.If your HD device or Laptop
has a USB port you can also use the USB cable to power the WHD030-V2 transmitter.

6.2 THE PURELINK WHD030-V2 RECEIVER (RX)
1. Connect your HDTV or HD Projector (HDMI IN) via an HDMI cable to the WHD030-V2 Receiver (HDMI OUT).
2. Connect the power adapter to the USB IN on the WHD030-V2 Receiver and to an electrical socket.
Note: Use the 2 plugs and 2 screws if you wish to attach the WHD030-V2 Receiver to the wall (e.g. behind your HDTV).
7. USAGE
7.1 SWITCH THE PURELINK WHD030-V2 ON
1. Once both power adapters have been inserted into the socket, the PureLink WHD030-V2 transmitter and receiver will
switch on automatically.
2. While warming up, both power LEDs will flash blue until the signal connection between the transmitter and receiver
has been established. It takes about 80 seconds for the system to start up.
3. If there is a good connection between the transmitter and receiver, both LEDs will light up and remain blue.
Note: Place the transmitter and receiver at least 1 meter apart to ensure a good connection.
7.2 SWITCH YOUR EQUIPMENT ON
1. Switch the HDTV or HD Projector ON and select the HDMI input on this device to which you have connected the
PureLink WHD030-V2 Receiver.
2. Switch the HD device or Laptop to which the PureLink WHD030-V2 transmitter is connected ON.
3. If there is a good connection between your HD device and the HDTV (or HD Projector), both LEDs on the receiver will
light up in blue constantly (see table in the event of another situation).
7.3 STANDBY MODE
If the power supply to the PureLink WHD030-V2 Transmitter is interrupted (power adapter or USB power cable), the
PureLink WHD030-V2 Receiver will switch to Standby mode after 10 minutes. If the PureLink WHD030-V2 Transmitter is
then powered up once again, the receiver will automatically detect this and switch back ON.

If the PureLink WHD030-V2 is not able to make a stable connection for 80 seconds during start-up, the PureLink
WHD030-V2 Receiver is probably outside the range of the PureLink WHD030-V2 Transmitter. Place them closer to each
other (a minimum distance of 1 meters apart) and check whether the connection can be made.
NO SIGNAL AVAILABLE FROM CHOSEN SOURCE
The PureLink WHD030-V2 does not recognize an input signal on the selected SOURCE.
• Check whether the correct HDMI source has been selected and whether this is ON.
• Check whether the HDMI cable between the PureLink WHD030-V2 Transmitter and HD device is connected properly.
• Replace the HDMI cable to the HD device.
VIDEO RESOLUTION IS NOT SUPPORTED
The video resolution that is set on your HD device is not recognized by the PureLink WHD030-V2 Transmitter.
• Connect the HD device directly to the HDTV or projector and check whether the set video resolution corresponds to
the resolutions that are supported.
LAPTOP OR PC SETTINGS
• Consult your Laptop or PC instructions for the correct picture and audio settings.
• Check to ensure that the resolution set corresponds to the resolutions that are supported.

10. CLEANING
Before cleaning the product must be disconnected from mains socket and all electrical loads.
Only use dry and soft cloth to clear the housing of the Product.
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can cause damage to the
housing and malfunctioning.
To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Do not apply too much pressure to the housing as this may
cause scratch marks.

11. MAINTENANCE
There are no components located inside the product you need to maintain. Never open/dismantle the product.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a qualified shop.
If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions, contact our technical support service or
other technical personnel.
12. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The producer grants 2 years warranty to a new device.
As the manufacturer has no influence on installation, warranty only applies to the product itself.
If any fault or damage is detected on your product, please contact your dealer and provide your sales slip or invoice
as evidence of the purchase, if necessary. Your dealer will repair the fault either on site, or send the device to the
manufacturer. You make the work of our technicians considerably easier, describing possible faults in detail – only then
you can be assured that faults, occurring only rarely, will be found and repaired with certainty!
The manufacturer is not liable for damages to persons or property caused by improper installation, operation or
maintenance, not described in this manual.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Erwerb des PureLink WHD030-V2! Ersetzen Sie Ihr HDMI Kabel mit einem Wireless-System
und stellen Ihre HD Geräte dort im Raum auf, wo Sie es möchten! Sie müssen den Standort Ihrer HD Geräte nicht mehr
genau planen, was ideal ist, wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass Kabel sichtbar entlang der Wand verlaufen oder das Bohren
von Löchern nicht gewünscht oder sogar unmöglich ist. Der PureLink WHD030-V2 eignet sich für alle HDMI Geräte, wie
Blu-ray® Player, HD Set-Top Box oder Laptop.
Alle PureLink Produkte werden mit großer Sorgfalt hergestellt und sind von herausragender Qualität. Lesen Sie diese
Anleitung bitte sorgfältig durch und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, um die Funktionen dieses Produkts optimal nutzen

Das Gerät sollte nicht sofort nach einem Wechsel von kalter zu warmer Umgebung angeschlossen werden. Kondenswasser

6. INSTALLATION
6.1 DER PURELINK WHD030-V2 SENDER (TX)
1. Schließen Sie den WHD030-V2 Sender an Ihr HD Gerät (HDMI OUT) oder Laptop (HDMI OUT) an.
2. Schließen Sie den beiliegenden Netzadapter an den USB Eingang des WHD030-V2 Senders und eine Steckdose an.
Wenn Ihr HD Gerät oder Laptop über einen USB Port verfügt, können Sie auch das enthaltene USB Kabel als Stromquelle
für den WHD030-V2 Sender verwenden.

6.2 DER PURELINK WHD030-V2 EMPFÄNGER (RX)
1. Schließen Sie Ihren HDTV oder HD Projektor (HDMI IN) mit einem HDMI Kabel an den WHD030-V2 Empfänger (HDMI
OUT) an.
2. Schließen Sie den mitgelieferten Netzadapter an den USB-Eingang des WHD030-V2 Empfängers und eine Steckdose
an.
Hinweis: Verwenden Sie die mitgelieferten 2 Dübel und 2 Schrauben, wenn Sie den PureLink WHD030-V2 Empfänger
an der Wand befestigen möchten (beispielsweise hinter Ihrem HDTV).
7. ANWENDUNG
7.1 SCHALTEN SIE DEN PURELINK WHD030-V2 EIN
Once both power adapters have been inserted into the socket, the PureLink WHD030-V2 transmitter and receiver will
switch on automatically.
1. Nachdem Sie den Netzadapter an die Steckdose angeschlossen haben, schalten sich der PureLink WHD030-V2 Sender
und Empfänger automatisch ein.
2. Während des Einschaltens werden beide Power LED blau blinken, bis die Signalverbindung zwischen dem Sender und
Empfänger hergestellt ist. Die Inbetriebnahme des Systems nimmt ca. 80 Sekunden in Anspruch.
3. Wenn die Verbindung zwischen dem Sender und Empfänger hergestellt ist, werden beide LED kontinuierlich blau
aufleuchten.
Achtung: Zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Verbindung stellen Sie Sender und Empfänger mindestens 1 Meter
voneinander entfernt auf.
7.2 SCHALTEN SIE IHR GERÄT EIN
1. Schalten Sie den HDTV oder HD-Projektor EIN und wählen Sie an diesem Gerät den entsprechenden HDMI Eingang, an
welchen Sie den PureLink WHD030-V2 Empfänger angeschlossen haben.
2. Schalten Sie Ihr HD Gerät oder Ihren Laptop , an welchen Sie den WHD030-V2 Sender angeschlossen haben, EIN.
3. Wenn die Verbindung zwischen Ihrem HD Gerät und dem HDTV (oder HD Projektor) zustande gekommen ist, werden
beide LED am Empfänger kontinuierlich blau aufleuchten (siehe Tabelle)

Wenn die Stromzufuhr zum WHD030-V2 Sender unterbrochen wird (Netzadapter oder USB Kabel), wird der WHD030-V2
Empfänger nach 10 Minuten in den Standby Modus wechseln. Wenn der WHD030-V2 Sender wieder Strom erhält, wird
der Empfänger dies erkennen und sich wieder einschalten.
8. HÄUFIG GESTELLTE FRAGEN
KEINE VERBINDUNG
Wenn der PureLink WHD030-V2 nach dem Einschalten innerhalb von 80 Sekunden keine stabile Verbindung herstellen
kann, befindet sich der WHD030-V2 Empfänger wahrscheinlich außer Reichweite des Senders. Stellen Sie beide Geräte
näher aneinander (mit einer Mindestentfernung von 1 Meter) und kontrollieren Sie, die Verbindung nun zustande kommt.
KEIN EINGANGSSIGNAL DER GEWÄHLTEN QUELLE ERKENNBAR
Der PureLink WHD030-V2 erkennt kein Eingangssignal an der ausgewählten SOURCE (Quelle).
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die richtige HDMI Quelle ausgewählt ist und ob diese eingeschaltet ist.
• Überprüfen Sie, ob das HDMI Kabel zwischen dem PureLink WHD030-V2 Sender und dem HD Gerät richtig angeschlossen
ist.
• Ersetzen Sie das HDMI Kabel zum HD Gerät durch ein anderes.
VIDEOAUFLÖSUNG WIRD NICHT UNTERSTÜTZT
Die an Ihrem HD Gerät eingestellte Videoauflösung wird vom WHD030-V2 Sender nicht erkannt.
• Schließen Sie das HD Gerät direkt mittels eines HDMI Kabels an den HDTV oder Projektor an und überprüfen Sie, ob die
eingestellte Videoauflösung mit den unterstützten Auflösungen übereinstimmt.
LAPTOP ODER PC EINSTELLUNGEN
• Ziehen Sie bezüglich der Bildschirm- und Audioeinstellungen die Gebrauchsanleitung Ihres Laptops oder PC´s zu Rate.
• Kontrollieren Sie, ob die eingestellte Auflösung mit den unterstützten Auflösungen übereinstimmt.

10. REINIGUNG
Vor jeder Reinigung ist das Produkt von der Steckdose und den angeschlossenen Produkte zu trennen.
Verwenden Sie nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, um das Gehäuse des Produkts zu reinigen.
Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall aggressive Reinigungsmittel, Reinigungsalkohol oder andere
chemische Lösungen, da dadurch das Gehäuse angegriffen oder gar die Funktion beeinträchtigt werden kann.
Zur Reinigung genügt ein trockenes, weiches und sauberes Tuch. Drücken Sie nicht zu stark auf das Gehäuse, dies führt
zu Kratzspuren.

11. WARTUNG
Es sind keinerlei für Sie zu wartende Bestandteile im Inneren des Produkts, öffnen/zerlegen Sie es deshalb niemals.
Lassen Sie Wartungs-, Anpassungs- und Reparaturarbeiten ausschließlich von einem Fachmann bzw. einer Fachwerkstatt
durchführen.
Sollten Sie noch Fragen haben, die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung nicht beantwortet werden konnten, wenden Sie sich an
unseren technischen Kundendienst oder an einen Sachverständigen.
