Metal Garden Torch Product Information
(Please observe the details according to the model
you have purchased)
Please read this product information carefully
before use and retain for further use.
Instructions:
a) The decorative garden torch is approximately
10 ½ inches in height.
In the event that fuel has poured over the
exterior of the decorative garden torch during
filling, you must remove this completely or
wipe it dry before igniting.
c) The decorative garden torch has a safety lock
with wick protection so that children cannot
come into contact with torch oil or suck on the
wick. In spite of this, please never leave the
decorative garden torch unattended! In
delivery condition the wick is already in the
lock. The wick should end approx. 1/4 in c h
above the wick holder (illustration no. 3)
the lateral notch of the wick holder and can be

Unscrew the lock from the thread in an
anticlockwise direction. (illustration no. 6)
Taking care of the decorative garden torch
It is not necessary to take special care of the torch
due to the high quality stainless steel material.
You can take care of the decorative oil torch by
using a cloth and a recommended stainless steel
cleaning agent to restore the natural shine of the
stainless steel. If required, you can wipe away
any soot at the wick protection using a cloth.
Discoloration of the material around the flame
because of the high temperatures is due to the
natural features of the stainless steel and does not
constitute a quality defect. When not in use, we
recommend protection against atmospheric
exposure.
Wick:
The decorative garden torch should only be used
with recommended round fiberglass wicks,
approximately ¼ inch in size. In doing so, please
ensure that the wick is positioned firmly in the
wick holder and that at the same time the wick
ends approx. ¼ inch above the wick holder (see
illustration no. 3). The wick opening must be
completely sealed off. Because of the purely
capillary action of the supplied wick, this does not
burn down and does not need to be replaced.
Safety Information:
The decorative garden torch must be
positioned vertically on a stable, level table or
on level ground.
Check stability at periodic intervals.
