Die Standard-Schalter mit Silber-/ Nickel-Kontakten (2WE) sind geeignet für Schaltströme von 0,1 A bis
10 A (6 A induktiv) bei Spannungen im Bereich 24 V bis 230 V AC/DC. Bei kleinen Schaltströmen von 1 mA
bis 100 mA im Spannungsbereich von 5 V bis 30 V AC/DC empfehlen wir Schalter mit vergoldetem Kontakt
(2WE Gold). Der Kontaktwiderstand beträgt bei 2WE Gold 30 mΩ.
Standard switches with silver/nickel contacts (2WE) are suitable for currents from 0,1 A to 10 A (6 A
inductive) at voltages in the range of 24 V to 230 V AC/DC. For lower currents from 1mA to 100 mA at
voltages in the range of 5 V to 30 V AC/DC we recommend switches with gold contacts (2WE Gold). The
contact resistance with 2WE Gold is 30 mΩ.

Alten Nockenträger lösen und abnehmen /
Unscrew old cam plate and remove

Für Hub 50 mm und Hub
95 mm (PSL320/325)
werden jeweils die
unteren Bohrungen im
Zentralträger benutzt!
For stroke 50 mm and 95
mm (PSL320/325) please
use the lower drillings of
the main frame.
Für Hub 65 mm
werden jeweils die
oberen Bohrungen im
Zentralträger benutzt!
For stroke 65 mm
please use the upper
drillings of the main
frame.
Potentiometer vom Nockenträger wegdrücken und
das Potentiometerritzel im Gegen-Uhrzeiger-Sinn bis
an den linken Anschlag drehen. Dann wieder um
einen Zahn zurück drehen und loslassen.
Push away the potentiometer from the cam plate and
turn the pinion of the potentiometer counterclockwise up to the stop. Turn it back again by one
tooth and release.
Anschlusskabel seitlich

wie abgebildet zu führen
und mit 2 Kabelbindern zu
befestigen.
Use the connection cable
and connect it down on
the side with the spring
clamps. Cables must be
guided as pictured and
fixed with 2 cable straps.

Für die weitere Montage bitte beachten! / Please note for further installation!
Potentiometer muss wieder neu eingestellt werden. Kupplung ganz ausfahren. Abstand vom Nockenträger zur
Lagerplatte 2- 3 mm. / Potentiometer must be readjusted. The drive coupling must still be in the downward position.
Distance between cam plate and bearing plate 2-3 mm.

Klemmkastendeckel abnehmen und
Klemmen 18 bis 21 belegen (siehe Anleitung PSL-AMS)
Remove cover for wiring compartment and connect
terminals 18 – 21 (see instructions PSL-AMS)
Feststellschraube um ½ Umdrehung lösen und
Schaltnocke mit Getriebeschraube einstellen
Unlock locking screw by ½ rotation and set switching
cam by using the gear screw
Feststellschraube
