Use special air-fi lter oil (Use LX 906 ) on the inner sponge fi lter ( not on the outer fi lter) to stop dust from getting into the engine.
Utilisez toujours de l’huile spéciale pour fi ltre à air (LX906) pour empêcher la poussière d’entrer dans le moteur.

Mount the insert and the tires on the rims, carefully glue the tires to the rims using CA glue (we recommend using PROTECH CA glue part no: A105 -25)
Collez les inserts et les pneus sur les jantes avec de la colle cyanoacrylate (nous recommendons la CA PROTECH nr. A105-25).
Plaats de mousse en de banden op de velgen, voorzichtig de banden op de velgen verlijmen met CA lijm (Wij raden aan dat U PROTECH CA lijm nr. A105-25 gebruikt).
Montieren Sie den Schaumstoff und Reifen auf die Felgen, kleben Sie die Reifen vorsichtig auf die Felgen mit CA Klebstoff (PROTECH n°: A105-25).

Don’t drive where many rocks are found. In 1/8 scale off-road racing a stone with a diameter of 10cm is in real life a rock of nearly 1m. Take care not to drive against objects because this may damage your model
externally aswell as internally.
Nooit rijden waar veel rotsen aanwezig zijn. In schaal 1/8 off-roadracen is een steen met diameter 10cm in werkelijkheid gelijk aan een rots van ongeveer 1m. Probeer nooit tegen obstakels aan te rijden daar diet uw model zowel extern als intern kan beschadigen.
Niemals fahren in der nehe von Felsbrocken. In Skala 1/8 off-road fahren ist ein Stein van 10cm in wirklichkeit einen Felsbrock von ungefehr 1m. Fersuchen Sie niemals gegen Hindernissen zu fahren, es kan ihr Modell extern und intern beschädigen.
Ne pas rouler sur un terrain avec de gros cailloux. Ne pas oublier qu’ à l’échelle de votre voiture (1/8), un caillou de 10 cm de diamètre est en réalité (1/1) un rocher de circa 1M de hauteur ! Heurter des objets peut causer des dommages externes et/ou internes au véhicule.

Long grass and sterns can become entangled in the drive shafts or universal joints which causes needles load which can overheat the motor.

The model will not drive as fast on gravel and dry sand. The tires can spin
without moving the model. These surfaces offer considerable resistance to your model. It causes a heavy burden and uses more fuel.
Het model zal niet zo snel rijden op droog zand en grind . De banden kunnen slippen zonder dat het model vooruit rijdt. Deze oppervlakken geven meer wrijging aan uw model. Ze kunnen een zwaardere belasting veroorzaken waardoor de motor meer wordt belast.
Das Modell wird nicht so schnell fahren auf Kies oder trockenen Sand. Die Reifen können spinnen, ohne das Modell zu verschieben. Diese Oberfl ächen leisten beträchtlich Widerstand zu Ihrem Modell. Es verursacht eine schwere Belastung fur der Motor.

Take care not to drive in standing water or heavy rain because this could damage the mechanics. The radio control unit, speedcontroller and batteries are very sensitive to humidity and should be well protected
against water.
Let op nooit in stilstaand water of hevige regenval te rijden daar dit de mechanica van het model kan beschadigen. Besturingseenheid, snelheidsregelaar en batterijen zijn zeer gevoelig voor vocht en moeten dus goed beschermd worden tegen water.
Geben Sie acht niemals in Wasser oder schwere Regen zu fahren, es kan den Mechanik beschädigen. Die Fernsteuersysteme, Fahrtregler und Batterien sind sehr empfi ndlich für Feuchtigkeit, beschützen Sie ihn grundlich gegen Nässe.
Attention à ne pas rouler dans l’eau ou par temps de pluie car cela pourrait occasionner des dommages mécaniques. Ne pas oublier que le récepteur, les batteries et le variateur de vitesse (pour les voitures électriques) sont très sensibles à l’humidité et doivent être protégé convenablement contre les projections d’eau.

HOW TO JUMP
A good landing attitude: To obtain a stable attitude when jumping you
must leave the ramp squarely. The model will start turning in the air when
you jump in an angle and will land off balance. You must jump so the rear wheels of your model hit the ground fi rst, with your nose a little up. Therefor it is very important to have just enough speed when you leave the ramp. Applying too much speed tends to rais the nose to high and not enough speed causes the nose to drop and land on the front wheels. When you reduce the speed slightly when entering the ramp, the jump attitude should be OK. Controlling the model in the air: While the model is in air, you can alter the attitude by reducing or adding power. Reducing power will lower the nose. Adding power will raise the nose (motor torque reaction). Accelerate with the wheel on the ground: When you apply power to the model before complete landing, or when the rear wheel haven’t touched the surface the model can make ‘Wheelies’ and be unstable. Accelerate only with all wheels are down. Low jumps are better: A high jump look fantastic but it is not an advantage during competition because you can’t accelerate while the wheels in the air. Lower jump give quicker landing and saving time. Successive jump ramps: A special technique is required when taking successive ramps. You must take care not to land on a following ramp, because then your model will be very unstable. Reduce speed and run over the fi rst ramp, jump only over the last or last two ramps. Passing on a tableland: Tablelands are raised surfaces between 2 slopes. If the surface is short enough you can jump over it. If the surface is too long you must reduce speed and drive smoothly over the surface and accelerate just before the down slope and land on your rear wheels so there is no ‘nose-diving’.
HOE MOET JE SPRINGEN Een goed gedrag bij de landing: Om een stabiel gedrag te verkrijgen bij het
springen moet je de helling in een hoek van 90° nemen. Het model zal in de lucht beginnen te draaien als je in een andere hoek, dan 90°, de helling zou nemen. Bij het landen moeten de achterste wielen eerst de grond raken, met de neus van het model een beetje naar boven gericht. Daarom is het belangrijk om met de juiste snelheid de sprong te doen. Als u te snel rijdt zal de neus te ver omhoog neigen en als u te traag rijdt zal de neus te snel zakken. Als u de snelheid lichtjes vermindert als u de helling op rijdt, zou een goed sprong gedrag moeten bekomen. Controleren van het model in de lucht: Terwijl het model in de lucht hangt, kan u het gedrag van het model wijzigen door de snelheid aan te passen. Verminderen van de snelheid zal een draaibeweging veroorzaken en de neus van het model zal zakken. Meer snelheid geven zal de neus opwaarts duwen. Versnellen met de wielen op de grond: Als u de snelheid verhoogt voor het model volledig geland is, of wanneer de achterste wielen de grond nog niet raken kan het model op de achterste wielen verder rijden wat het model onbestuurbaar maakt. How to jump / Hoe moet je springen Wie man Springt / Comment bien sauter
Spring zo dicht mogelijk bij de grond: Een hoge sprong kan mooi lijken maar het is zeker geen voordeel bij het competitie rijden omdat u niet kan versnellen als de wielen van de grond zijn. Dus u wint tijd door minder hoge sprongen te maken. Springen over verschillende heuvels: Er is een speciale techniek nodig als u verschillende heuvels na elkaar wilt nemen. U moet erop letten dat u niet tegen de volgende heuvel land omdat dit het model onbestuurbaar kan maken. Verminder de snelheid en spring enkel over de laatste of de twee laatste heuvels. Het passeren van een plateau: Plateau’s zijn verhoogde oppervlakken. Als de lengte van het plateau niet te groot is kan u erover springen. Als het plateau te lang is moet u er zacht overrijden en op het einde voor de afdaling de snelheid verhogen om op de twee achterste wielen te landen, zodoende is er geen ‘neus-landing’.
WIE MAN SPRINGT Eine gute Landunghaltung: Eine beständige Haltung, wehrend das Springen
müssen Sie die Rampe quadratisch verlassen. Das Modell fängt an, in die Luft sich zu drehen, wenn Sie in einen Winkel springen und wird unkontrolierbar. Sie müssen springen so die hinteren Räder Ihres Modells den Grund zuerst berühren, mit Ihrer Nase ein wenig nach oben. Dafür ist es sehr wichtig, gerade genügend Geschwindigkeit zu haben, wenn Sie die Rampe lassen. Bei zu viel Geschwindigkeit neigt die Nase zur Höhe und nicht genügend Geschwindigkeit verursacht die Nase zum Tropfen und Sie landen auf den vorderen Rädern. Wenn hereinkommend Sie die Geschwindigkeit etwas verringern, sollte die Sprunghaltung OKAY sein. Steuern des Modells in der Luft: Während das Modell in die Luft ist, können Sie die Haltung ändern, indem Sie Energie verringern oder addieren. Das Verringern von von Energie gibt eine Drehkraftreaktion, die die Nase senkt. Das Addieren von Energie hebt die Nase an. Beschleunigen Sie mit die Rädern auf den Grund: Wann Sie Energie am Modell anwenden, bevor es vollständig gelandet ist, oder als die hintere Rädern nicht die Oberfl äche berühren, kann das Modell ‘Auf die hintere Rädern fahren und instabil sein. Verringern Sie Geschwindigkeit und springen Sie nur über die letzten oder letzten zwei Rampen. Überschreiten auf einen Hochebene: Hochebene sind angehobene Oberfl ächen zwischen Steigungen. Wenn die Oberfl äche genug kurz ist, können Sie über sie springen. Wenn die Oberfl äche zu lang ist, müssen Sie Geschwindigkeit verringern und gleichmässig über die Oberfl äche fahren. perpendiculairement et non avec un angle. Dans le cas contraire, la voiture aura tendance chuter d’un côté et perdra l’équilibre en l’air. Un bon atterrissage se fait sur les roues arrières et le nez de la voiture légèrement plus haut. Pour cela il est important de donner assez de puissance à la voiture lorsqu’elle quitte la rampe. Accélérer trop fera monter le nez trop haut, pas assez de puissance, le nez de la voiture touchera le sol en premier (pas correct), si la puissance est légèrement réduite lors de la montée sur la rampe, la position de saut sera correcte. Contôle du modèle en l’air: La position de la voiture peut-être contrôlée en l’air en accélérant ou décélérant. Accélérer à pour effet de faire monter le nez, ceci est dû au couple du moteur. Décélérer à pour effet de faire piquer le nez. Accélérer à l’attérissage: Accélérer lorsque la voiture n’est pas encore sur le sol ou uniquement lorsque les roues arrières sont sur le sol provoquera un effet de “Wheelie“ et la voiture sera instable. N’accélérer que lorsque les 4 roues sont sur le sol. Bien sauter: Si les sauts très haut sont spectaculaires, ils ne sont pas un avantage en compétition car la voiture n’accélère pas quand elle est en l’air. Il est recommandé de faire des sauts bas et d’attérrir le plus vite possible ainsi vous perdrez moins de temps. Obstacle à plusieurs bosses: Les obstacles à plusieurs bosses exigent une technique particulière pour les franchir. Si la voiture saute la première bosse, elle atterrira sur ou avant la dernière bosse et sera très instable à l’attérrissage et l’accélération. Pour bien sauter un obstacle composé de plusieurs bosses, ne pas sauter la première bosse mais reduire la vitesse et roulez au-dessus de celle-ci et ainsi sauter au-dessus de la dernière ou de deux bosses. Passage d’un plateau: Un plateau est une surface plane et élevée située entre 2 pentes. Si le plateau est suffi sament court, il est possible de le sauter et donc utiliser la technique de saut de bosse. Si au contraire le plateau est long, réduire la vitesse pour grimper la pente du plateau. Accélérer juste avant la descente pour attérrir sur les roues arrières. Cela évite que le nez de la voiture ne descente et que la voiture devienne instable.
